Danga World Mini Theme Park

One of the main reason that attracts visitors with children to visit Danga Bay even during the daylight. Furthermore, the ticket price is affordable and budget friendly. Here, the rides suited to children under the age of 12 and people who would want to spend time together while enjoying the scenery. There are no high speed roller coasters that will transport us a hundred feet in the air and at a hundred miles per hour drive. There are, however, several modest roller coasters, swirling tea cups, a-merry- go-round, a small Ferris wheel, a pirate ship ride, and a few of other fun fair rides to choose from.

Tram Ride

Several tram services are provided throughout Danga Bay area. We can hop in and take a tour of the bay and enjoy the sight it has to offer. Night-time ride is considered the best as Danga lights are a real feast for the eyes. Trams are a great way to spend romantic time together before settling in for dinner.

Sultan Abu Bakar State Mosque

This state mosque of Johore is located along Jalan Skudai and situated on a hill, with a bird eye’s view of the Straits of Johore. It was completed in the year 1900. The architecture is quite unique with a mix of two distinguishable styles which are Victorian and Moorish with a little influence of Malay style. Even though the main purpose of this mosque is to cater Muslim praying rituals, non- Muslims are allowed to enter this mosque for visiting purpose. However, as a sign of respect, decent and modest clothing must be worn. Besides that, visitors must remove their shoes before entering the mosque.

Arulmigu Sri Rajakaliamman Glass Temple

The temple is situated next to the railway station tracks in between Jalan Tun Abdul Razak and Jalan Mohd Taib, located along Jalan Tebrau. The building looks extremely stunning especially when it shines under the sunlight because it is wholly decorated with impressive glass artwork in both exterior and interior. The temple also houses several gold statues of various Hindu Gods displayed side to side. The entrance fee is RM 10 for a foreigner and free entry for Malaysian. Tourist‘s visiting hours is from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily while the prayers time is from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
