The moment we entered our chalet, loud water leaking sound greeted us. Feedback to hotel, it was a known issue to them, yet they can offer this room to us. Awaiting for spare part of shower to arrive. Soundproof is bad, as the floors are wooden type. No TV in the room. Good side: Good location and comfortable bed.

The best lodge that I have ever stay in Kundasang. The room is so spacious, even have balcony that you can view Mt Kinabalu. The staff is good, the price is cheap but its really good. So surprise because the TV is MI smart TV. The wifi was also very good and the food during the breakfast also nice. The view from the room, restaurant and even parking lot is amazing. The Mt kinabalu can be seen. The room have fan which is good for air circulation. The parking space is big too.

The room look exactly like in the pictures, comfy, spacious and clean. Have a nice balcony to enjoy the cool weather. Water heather change to heavy duty one to provide enough hot water. Only thing is the hand wash basin don't have hot water. Food is nice although limited choices. They sale cakes and buns too. Location is perfect. Just in front of the town roundabout but quiet at night. Will stay there again.

Air kecil, bilik tak ada TV, huhu. Bilik oke, besar, sesuai bila ada family besar, tapi tangganya tinggi, tak sesuai kalau ada orang tua yang ada sakit kaki.

Unsatisfied. Amenities such as a TV are not provided. The grass in front of the hotel is not cut. Dogs eat leftover food placed in a trash can on the porch. The price is not worth the room service.

The water pressure for the shower is so low. It is difficult to take shower with the low pressure water. Other than that is good. Spectacular view of kinabalu from the room. Near to the kundasang town.

Nice hotel in the middle of kundasang city centre. Spacious room . But 2x Emergency blackout just for 2mins - thank god for that. The breakfast are nice as well. Better dine in inside the restaurant because it served everything inside at night.
