First day, washroom water tape was spoil. We request changing room on second day. Unfortunately, the air conditioner is not well functioning. This make us feel uncomfortable. Toilet room lock was spoiled too. We asked them to fix it. During the day, the lift also cannot function due to alarm was ringing There are so many problem during our stay.We will not recommend to stay this hotel.
no water .. key problem .. very bad 😤 i never stay this hotel again
- Backpacking
Overall is okay, the staff at the lobby was very nice. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and the breakfast is awesome,so many choices. The problem is just the air conditioner not felt so cold and there is no parking car provided for customer. We just parked at alam mesra and walk by ourself to the hotel cause the parking fee is so expensive for overnight.
