Really good counter staff, able to store luggage before check in, very good & impressive breakfast items, coffee to takeaway, beautiful rooms facing the harbor, excellent location to airport Flybus stops (3min walk to Ego restaurant), central of town. Best place to stay!

Stayed in two different hotels in Tromso and this was the best one. Great location by the harbour and the airport bus is close by. The hotel is large and modern. Room was a good size. Everything was clean and new. Breakfast had a fantastic range and service was polite and prompt. We would choose this hotel again.

Lovely hotel in a great location . Wonderful breakfast and clean , spacious rooms. Could do with additional staff at reception from time to time ( when big group parties arrive etc) but overall a great stay

The hotel is in a wonderful location right in downtown Tromso. It is a beautiful hotel and we had an incredible view from our room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Norah at check in was extremely helpful and kind. She helped us figure out the parking situation since there is none at the hotel. There are restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. There is also a great restaurant right in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Modern, well located hotel in the port in the town. Good location to travel around Tromsø and surrounding areas. Room was small but comfy and quiet, with great views. The room had few amenities in it, but we stayed in 2 other sister hotels and it was the same, little was provided, but we managed and ok. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. The gym is off site, but can be used free of charge. Overall a lovely stay.

Generally very well appointed and attractive And comfortable. The bathroom could be improved. There’s no shower curtain so the whole floor is wet. Theswoop1@gmail.com shampoo and conditioner dispensers were hard to pump. No towel racks. The fan in the bathroom was not working.

There was construction on the floor above me that started early morning and went all day. I had just come from the US and got no sleep due to the noise. They should have told us about construction. Other than that, the room itself was great!

A wonderful stay in Tromso. The hotel is located by the harbor close to all major attractions. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. They made every effort possible to help us with our late checkout request since we had an evening flight out. It was heart-warming. The breakfast was lavish and delicious. It was a most pleasant experience staying here.
