What a terrific hotel. Breakfast is really amazing. Lots of selection delicious food. The staff is super accommodating and nice although I wish they had more front desk people since it felt like there was typically a bit of a wait.
The rooms are nice with good toiletries and we had a junior suite with an amazing view of the harbor. It felt like we were on a boat, watching the other boats go by.
The location is super convenient probably the best location of all the hotels because it’s not on the main street but the main street is a one minute walk

It is a well run hotel. The rooms are nice and the staff is always helpful. It is close to everything in the central city that a traveler could ask for. I have stayed there three times and would not hesitate to book there again in the future. It is my preferred hotel when I am in town.

1. หมอนนิ่มไปมากๆ นอนไม่ได้เลย
2. อาหารเช้าอยากให้มีอาหารเอเชียบ้างผสมมา
3. ที่กดแชมพู สบู่ เจลอาบน้ำ กดยาก แงไม่ค่อยออกต้องกดหลายๆครั้ง

When we arrive to the hotel there were a conference in the hotel, a lot of people which made a lot o noice and took a very big place. Not so nice when you arrive to the hotel! Room nice and clean, breakfast overall good, not anything extra if you compare with other hotels. Somethin disappointing was the bread, no tast and very hard and dry, something to change.

A very well located property right on the water front. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was comprehensive furniture in public areas looks worn and exhausted but convenience is the prize with this large hotel.

Ottima colazione, variata nei salati e sufficiente per i dolci. Camera trapezoidale d’angolo, che poteva essere studiata meglio. Letto confortevole. Condizioni della struttura che necessita di qualche manutenzione. Ubicazione fenomenale, vicina all’arrivo delle navi da crociera e comoda per raggiungere il centro (5 minuti a piedi). Consiglierei, e’ la migliore sistemazione di Tromso.

All extremely good, staff is great. As a vegan I would have expected a bit more choice for breakfast a part from bread and fruit. Vegan sausages and/or croissants or a cake would be appreciated. In general, a very very nice hotel with central location and a nice terrace bar. I would stay again.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und vielfätig,.
Die Betten waren unbequem, drr Topper war einfach drauf gelegt, sodass dieser immer gerutscht ist. Unter dem Bett war ein Teppich ausgelegt, was ich nicht hygienisch fand.
Die Lage des Hotels super, direkt am Hafen und dennoch nicht laut. Im Ganzen, sehr zufrieden und empfehlenswert.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and beautiful with great views, and the breakfast buffet was beyond what many 5-star resorts offer. The only negative in our stay was the air conditioning was insufficient to keep the room cool on an unusually warm summer day.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und vielfätig,.
Die Betten waren unbequem, drr Topper war einfach drauf gelegt, sodass dieser immer gerutscht ist. Unter dem Bett war ein Teppich ausgelegt, was ich nicht hygienisch fand.
Die Lage des Hotels super, direkt am Hafen und dennoch nicht laut. Im Ganzen, sehr zufrieden und empfehlenswert.

Zimmer mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr großes Bad. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt beim Busbahnhof.

Vi var 2 voksne damer som lå her 4 netter. Vi syntes det var et veldig bra hotell. Blide og hjelpsomme ansatte. Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and beautiful with great views, and the breakfast buffet was beyond what many 5-star resorts offer. The only negative in our stay was the air conditioning was insufficient to keep the room cool on an unusually warm summer day.
