Sofitel Warsaw Victoria

Wasn’t really impressed at all with how things are done - they don’t communicate that you need to have a card on your room to do anything. I almost missed a massage because they refused to let me get it until I’d paid but I was in a robe and slippers at reception having to sort out!

The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous. The room was spotless. Proximity to old town was a great feature.

The property is well situated within walking distance of the old town stores and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It had a huge variety of food and the service was excellent, in a lovely room. Our room was older and dark, but very clean. I didn’t realize that you have to hold the power button down while using the hair dryer. That would have been useful information upon check in. I thought it didn’t work and had no hair dryer after washing my (long) hair. All the staff were friendly.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Pool was great & a nice way to relax at the end the day after walking around all day. Breakfast was good. Lovely fresh orange juice. Egg station doing omlettes & poached eggs.

Our second stay and we can recommend if you like combination of luxury and budget. Excellent location. Parking on the street, nice stuff and excellent restaurant

The hotel is amazing, restaurant is excellent. My only recommendation is not to allow kids go to the gym.

Best stay in Warsaw. Clean and roomy space. Excellent amenities. Super friendly staff. The only downside is that my trip had to come to an end.

Pool amenities were poor as kids going nuts in what was supposed to be a classical warm experience. No hot tub either! Only stayed a few minutes for to unsupervised young teens

Wonderful stay at the Sofitel. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. I was put in a disabled room though which did dampen my experience a bit as it felt like it was in the middle of the corridor and the shower was not as premium as it could have been. I paid for a high room but stayed with people that didn’t pay for a high room who were higher than I was, not the end of the world just a bit odd when we were checking in and out the same time. I was travelling with someone whose birthday it was and contacted the hotel before to try to organise some flowers for them. They were unable to locate them in the system and therefore I had to arrange this when I arrived although the staff were very helpful with this. The sauna and pool were really lovely and the breakfast was amazing. I would recommend staying at the Sofitel and would stay there again (although request a non disabled room if possible).

Make sure you prepay for breakfast otherwise if you decide to go for breakfast the rate charged is OUTRAGEOUS e pensive. A rip off for sure
