Excellent hotel great location super confortable bed , spacious and in the center of it all

I’ve been staying in this hotel for years. Love the location and breakfast. The service is usually very good, but during my recent stay I got a room without working heating. I spoke to the reception twice about the issue on two different days and despite being told the technical department would be notified and the issue would be fixed, it was not. Nothing was done. I finally asked for a different room which was accommodated. I would expect the hotel to address the issue more promptly.

Very well put together, centrally located with several options of things to do. Staff was more than helpful and accommodating. Will most certainly be back.

Breakfast buffet was great. House keeping was excellent and the take out breakfast was great

I was most looking forward to staying in this hotel of the 10 different hotels during my 2 1/2 week trip through Germany & Poland. This hotel is in need of a renovation, it feels stale and reminds me of a mid tier hotel. Service was great and the bed was comfy just disappointed in the hotel feel overall. Hotel Indigo in Krakow at Wawel Castle was much nicer as was Hotel Altus Palace in Wrocław.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. But many eateries are far. But you can reach them via Uber. It is easy to get around from here.

Had high hopes for the hotel due to the reviews and of course the higher price point… left a little underwhelmed as the room felt dark and dated, and for 2 nights the amenities (conditioner) was just empty..not miniatures but those mounted on the walls) so had to go without. There was no coffee machine but just instant (unbranded) coffee sachets…. Breakfast variety was just like any other 3/4 star hotels and was not exactly child friendly. I do not think it’s worth paying extra to stay here. The only reason for the price is probably because of its central location. Stayed at the Radisson Collection back in June and had a much nicer experience. Will not be returning.

very good Location , excellent Breakfast , unfortunately very let down by the quality of the mattress on the bed , very deep ingress to an old mattress that should be replaced , hindered sleep and bad back , felt like sleeping in a hammock ! as the mattress was so badly needing to be disposed , not what i would expect from a 5 star hotel

Room was worn. Carpets stained. Bathroom faucet was loose. Hotel does not let you know of hidden fee’s. I ended up being charged a little under $600

The hotel is huge, it was very busy the weekend we were there with conferences going on and so unfortunately we couldn't check in on time. The hotel was very accommodating and offered us a small upgrade to a room on a higher floor. Although they had to come in and put a roll away bed in. Buffet breakfast was super busy as was the spa, but overall staff were very attentive and helpful, the hotel's location is great and walk able to everything.

Superb hotel right in the centre of Warsaw. We had a swift check-in (and we were early) and room was ready. Polite efficient reception staff. Room was a good size, nice bathroom with full size bath and good power shower. All facilities were superb. Bed was so comfy! Breakfast was superb! Huge choices from hot selection, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, freshly made omelettes, continental, salad, ham, tomatoes, peppers, cottage cheese, cereals, porridge, fresh bread and rolls, fresh honey comb, yogurts, smoothies. We also ate in the bar area, great menu and sensible prices, overall we would most definitely return to this fabulous Hotel.

Well the nicer hotels i've stayed at in a while.Definitely recommend and the heart of warsaw too.Make sure you bring a bathing suit.So you can go in the pool, it's beautiful.
