The staff are very friendly and accommodating when we first came in. The front office lady was really nice/friendly and helpful when we told her that I need to have a stable and quiet room for my government on-line exam for the next day. I met a Toraja girl who happened to work here. She is very helpful and friendly. She cleans our room and makes us feel at home. I am very 😁 happy! The technician guy also very quick to help. Thank you very much dear staff, we definitely will come again and stay in your hotel if we come to visit our family here in Singapore! You are the best! May God bless you all.

The rooms are clean, towels are changed every day, in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and it makes it very easy to go everywhere, and it's also very easy to find good places to eat at affordable prices around the hotel area. Special thanks to Mr. Tan Tan because he always greetings, smile, helpful and give best suggestion for us.

For those interested, the room has no windows, is just big enough to sleep in, isn't very new, and isn't particularly clean. There's a musty smell in some areas. It's suitable for those who prioritize sightseeing outside the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and provided good service.

The TV was broken, so we ended up using the slow lobby Wi-Fi. The app said we could get a free standard double room for two babies, one and five years old. It turned out we had to rent two rooms/upgrade... How could this happen? Finally, we were tired and upgraded again.

The hotel location is strategic. In front of the hotel is a bus stop, also across from the hotel is a bus stop. There are plenty of bus numbers and destinations just by bus. Beside the hotel are also small cafes and stores.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check-in. Check-out was no different😍🥰🙏😘. The hotel's location is great, with a shuttle bus right in front, making it very easy to get around😍. The rooms are also soundproofed, even though they're close together, so you can sleep soundly.
