Compare to same price hotel in Singapore, it is clean and nice. Staff are friendly, room are comfortable but not tinny. All the room implement Apple TV now. It is definitely value for money stay.

Hotel near Whampoa market & bus stop. Staff Michelle is very nice & helpful ❤️ will stay here for the next visit

Pillows bad odour. Call to receptionist ask to change but never come. I go down to find them with the pillows. He smell it and not admit it and said that 's the smell of their chemical thing. Come on! That 's smell of peoples sweat like you didn't change the pillow cover or the pillow too old or need sun light!

It used to be okay for the price. At least not dirty and smelly. I think the malay big guy was overworked he looked tired. So he didn't clean up my room. Change my bed sheets. The room was dirty. Did not vacuum cleaned. The small table was dirty that got so many ants. I ended up cleaned up the room myself using 1 box of wet tissue. Overall decreasing in quality. I won't come back again. I think it s time for the hotel owner to take actions for his/her business.

This hotel so old, the room so smelly and dirty, the receiptionist the man that morning shift is so bad, my room not cleaned, I already put the sign at the door, and told to receptionist and the result is nothing, but the ladies at night shift are friendly, the hotel are strategiest from the city.

The room was too small, and the location cannot touch by MRT. It to far from MRT station. But in front of hotel there is bus station.

The bed smell so bad and dirty, cannot sleep because my body itchy. Lucky it was left early in the morning.

Everything was good, freindly staff and good location it is exactly in front of bus stop. You can easily to go out, near to balestier market and lots of culinary spot.
