Compare to same price hotel in Singapore, it is clean and nice. Staff are friendly, room are comfortable but not tinny. All the room implement Apple TV now. It is definitely value for money stay.

It 's like business hotel. It 's clean. The staff is helpful. But for the price, it 's not really value for money, I mean, IDR 1 mil for 3-star hotel it 's a little bit overprice. But if you compare it with other hotels, the price in Singapore kind high these days. You need to walk for 15-20 minutes if you stop in Novena MRT, but if you take the bus, you will got drop in front of the hotel. The bus station located exactly in front of the hotel.

Near bus stop. Exactly in front of the door a bit right …. Easily go to orchard road/MRT/dhoby ghaut by bus no 124 around 8 stop.

I love staying at Value Hotel Balestier because it is very convenient, the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. There is direct bus to Orchard Road (+/- 20 mins rides) & Vivo City (+/- 45 mins rides) from the hotel and vice versa. You can hop on the bus after long day of traveling carrying heavy stuffs and you will reach opposite the hotel. The bus ride gave us time to relax our legs after thousand steps of walking. The staff was kind enough to let us do early check in for free because the room was ready upon our arrival. The amenities is great, the hotel give us more than 3 bottle of water per day, we don't have to worry on spending extra $ on drinking water. I booked for 3 pax (adult) in 1 room, we got 1 queen bed & 1 small extra bed. The room is old and bit cramped but bearable since we only spent most of our time walking around the city.
