Hotel ORA Incheon

So far… view is not view nice , Mountain View not so much

Very close to airport. 10 Min car ride. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was spacious and had a great view of the airport

Excellent customer service, wonderful beds, very comfy, good food & nice bath & shower.

Easy parking, free sandwich during weekdays morning was great. Defo use again.

The airport shuttle was limited and wasn’t offered around the time our flight landed nor around the time our flight departed.

I landed at terminal 2 at 3.30pm and only managed to got to the hotel at 7.30pm by taxi! No shuttle service, bad service, irresponsible staff, I was shocked by their poor English and management

great location by the airport with a shuttle. you do need to schedule the shuttle the day before the flights. good sized rooms!

perfect distance price and area for our family of 6 before our flight amazing room service sound proof comfortable bed. we will use this hotel every time we take a flight or visit Incheon .

The room was clean and staff was great! The room service meals were sooo delicious!!

The hotel room was spacious and clean. We had a nice rest at the hotel before we embarked our journey to Busan and then Seoul.

Every aspect of the hotel was beyond expectations for the price. Would definitely stay again.

There was not bathe towel in my room, lobby was very cold temperature, hotel shuttle driver was not helpful and was rude. There no way to request pickup from the airport come g from another country. There’s no restaurants nearby, breakfast was not available at hotel to purchase, no coffee available at the hotel for complementary hotel is in a inconvenient location do not recommend.

It’s our go to spot for flying out of Korea. It’s always nice stay.

This is my second stay here. My first was in February 2026. On this stay I came back to my room (was given the exact same room as my last visit) and the temperature was 84 F/29/C. My air conditioner was not working. When I stayed in February, it was working fine. I reported this to the front desk. I was told that the A/C was not on yet for the season. A young man brought up a fan. He said that the temperature in my room was “normal” for this time of year. I asked if he was the manager, and he said YES (this was not true). He was rude and was not willing to make any accommodation. The young lady at the front desk stated that they would find a solution in one hour. They did… My air conditioner was turned on and my room cooled down after several hours. This is a great hotel and I would love to give it five stars, however, even on my February visit, the maids were still cleaning my room when I arrived. I’m going to try this location one more time…it’s a really cute, clean hotel with friendly staff (except for that young man) and the location is perfect for layovers at Incheon. Maybe the third visit will be better!

Watch restaurant hours. Airport staff didn't speak English and not super nice

The room is very basic. Also actually quite far to drive from the airport, and the shuttle bus is hourly in the early morning. If you have an early morning flight, still better off staying in Central Seoul and getting up early to go to the airport than staying here.

Clean room, bed was comfortable, deep bathtub and comfy robes. I chose this hotel because it has airport pickup and delivery.
