Great location when wanting to plane spot as Air Refresh is just 500mtrs away. Good rates very comfortable bed and the best bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Restaurant was only open over the weekend but complementary sandwhiches were availing in the morning but you could get some snacks and drinks at reception or uber eat. Only thing is if you are staying more than 1 night then remember to let reception know if you need your room cleaned, they will replace water and towels but don’t clean the room or make the bed unless requested.

Yes i had a view of airplane landing and taking off pretty cool.Great hotel food was good.Staff was awesome would highly recommend if you want to stay close to airport.And also great price.

Just a short overnight stay. Beds very comfortable. Close enough to terminal 1 ( about 10 mins drive). Reception staff ver helpful.

Very clean and quiet and perfect for odd number of travellers. They however still had signage that weekend breakfast buffet was available but instead only free sandwiches were available. Otherwise extremely fuss free and easy to check in and out. Staff was helpful and responsive and rooms were clean and the bathroom was lovely.

I read mixed reviews about this location but went in with an open mind because I have been looking for Incheon alternatives.
Highs:
- Room and bathroom are spacious even by western standards
- Cleaner than some reviews indicated
- Checkout was very quick and friendly no fuss
- Staff went out of their way to help when I forgot my 220V adapters and wanted late checkout
Lows:
- No warning that breakfast buffet was suspended after viewing ads for same on the room ordering screen all night
- Airport shuttle infrequent
- Shower faucets and heads barely operable
I knew this place was really out of the way from previous visits to other hotels on the back side of Incheon, but be prepared for being off the beaten track if you try it out.
Ambitious design and facility. But ultimately not convenient.

Unfortunately I made a mistake at the booking due to our flight which arrived a day later due to time zones. There was no exception for this mistake to rebook or pay the higher price for the night.
The worse thing about this hotel is however the service. When I booked for the other night they provided an invoice which was much lower then the price I paid in cash. Also when I asked for a little bit of milk they mentioned they have none but for the next client or partner there suddenly was milk available.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.

1. We reserved shuttle for pickup. It did not come. The shuttle reservation was difficult.
2. The front desk refuse to give to two room cards for passengers.
3. No gym or swimming pool.
4. The lobby was very cold.
5. It was in a very isolated place and the hotel doesn't have a good store to people's needs.

Ora is a nice hotel, but it's in the middle of nowhere. The promised weekend buffet breakfast was not available even though it was still advertised in the rooms and at the restaurant. The free shuttle only runs every second hour to each terminal (and not in the middle of the day), so if your flights align it's great, otherwise catch an Uber/taxi.

Good for a night when transferring. There were a couple of minor irrating things about the room, like how you have to have the light on to charge your phone and no USB phone chargers (essential for hosting world travellers I'd say).
Room was clean and large enough for our family. Staff were really helpful with an accidental double booking.
The decor in the corridors is a little dark so it gives the place a bit of a menacing feel.

Stay far away from this hotel. It is not good for family or for business.
It is inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere, does not actually provide airport shuttle to or from airport, has no restaurants or shops around the hotel, and no food delivery service will drive out that far to deliver.
The room service ONLY serves between 6pm and 10 pm (yes you read that correctly).
There are no full body towels for taking shower - only hand towels! So strange.
The hallways to the rooms are dark and dimly lit. A little creepy.
The staff are pretty helpless to assist in anyway getting you to the airport.
I know, I know...the hotel architecture will make you think it is a modern hotel at a good price. That is what I thought! I was wrong. Will never fall for this trap again.
