Beautiful hotel near the airport. Wasn’t able to get on my flight so I booked same day and was lucky to get a reservation. Rooms were clean and spacious. No amenities provided but there’s a vending machine in the lobby, there’s a phone charger there for a reasonable price which came in clutch since I wasn’t expecting to be staying overnight in Incheon. Staff were friendly, there’s room service and a cafe in the lobby as well for some heatable meals and drinks. Free breakfast sandwiches as well that you just grab and go. There are lockers on the lobby as well that you can use for up to a week. Will definitely book again if needed a stay near the hotel. Highly recommend!

The room was good, the bed was great, and the view was amazing. Bathroom had complications, nice hotel you’d expect to have at least a bidet on the toilet but no there isn’t. Shower needs to be fixed, hand shower holder is loose needs to be tightened and the main shower head needs a description to turn that on because i’ve checked everywhere no handle. The shower handle needs to be glued back from the handle it tends to come off. As per shuttles in and out, they should just make the shuttles run all day going in the hotel and coming out. As the hotel looks nice and a quick stop hotel for a night or 2, it needs a couple of fixing here and there. Overall I had a good room, the night receptionist was amazing and very caring.

This was the strangest hotel experience we have had. While the rooms are very spacious and clean, the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, but near the airport. There is nothing walkable nearby. There is an huge shower and tub, and robes provided, yet there are no bath towels-only hand towels. They do not have water refill stations and charge you for extra water. The temperature controls in the rooms cannot be utilized by guests and temps are controlled by the hotel. We got weird vibes staying here and can’t quite put our finger on it. Would not stay here again.
