Clean room, lovely staff and great location. I left before breakfast was served but they did give me a cup of coffee and crosses r to go. Nice restaurant as well.

This hotel was great. Perfect location right on the in the main downtown of Zermatt. They have a great staff, good views from the balcony rooms, and very accommodating. JUST A HEADS_UP: This hotel has the same primary name (Schweizerhof) as another upscale hotel that is in Saas-Fee, which is 1-2 hours away, depending on car vs train. Make sure you have the correct hotel that you're looking for. It's easy to get confused and book the hotel in Saas-Fee, thinking it's the one in Zermatt. This hotel in Zermatt is beautiful and an awesome place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Clean and cozy room. Enough space for two people and 2 big and 2 small luggage. Air condition worked great at the time of heat wave during our stay. Breakfast is ok. Staff that help us checked in was very nice and helpful.

Our room is superbly elegant it smell so good.highly recommended. The concierge staff in the front desk is so friendly our room is ready by 11: am when we arrived from Lucerne. Coz she knows we have an early fight the next day back home. The restaurant next to the hotel is really Swiss authentic. I wish we have more time in Zurich. We will be back again. The shopping location is so accessible. The interior design, murals and panting in the hotel is so special. We truly enjoy our room balcony over looking the neighbor hood In the old town. Thank you hotel Adler. In our stay buffet breakfast is included too. We order taxi service to airport for our big luggage every is arranged in the front desk. To Switzerland people thank you for your kind hospitality. Our Visit is unforgettable we feel so happy in our visit.

We were only in town for one night but really enjoyed our stay on this sweet, well located hotel. The air conditioned rooms were a very pleasant surprise after a few nights in a smaller town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was an easy walk from the train station and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. Would stay here again!

As a three star property we had mild expectations but were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the hotel was. The location was better than expected too, as it was in the heart of the restaurant district and we ate somewhere different and good quality every night. The hotel was also close enough to walk to all Zürich’s major attractions, or be able to catch public transport if necessary.

I really liked how clear the directions were to to the hotel from the train station. The front desk staff was really friendly and kind upon our arrival. While waiting for our room, they provided cold water and a place to change/store our luggage. We were even able to get into our room early! The room itself was tasteful, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent and the amenities were great (bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, there was plenty of room to store our things etc.) I found Hotel Adler online and wasn't sure how it would turn out...I would give this hotel 10/10 rating for it's charm, location and comfort. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel in the middle of Old Town Zürich. The room and bed was comfortable and A/C was nice in the heat of summer. The hotel was a bit noisy but still very lovely. They also offer a lounge with free bottled water and soft drinks, which was really nice.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.

What I liked is the shop nearby, staff one the them friendly and helpful free bottled water cold. What I didn’t liked is the room smells like cigars I can smelled when I came from outside, flys in ceiling all the time and mosquitoes in every area also the breakfast the same things they didn’t change and it wasn’t that good

Had a lovely stay here. The location is great, close to all the dining options and about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was nice and we were able to access free water and coke bottles (welcome in expensive Zürich) as there was a sporting event. The room itself was clean and modern. However I had an issue where there appeared to be a leak under the sink/around the toilet when I first checked in. The staff were very helpful but in the end said it was unlikely to be a leak, placed towels and left. I would have preferred to have been moved to another room. And a few days later I noticed water appear again so I was right in thinking there was a leak!

Loved the location of this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was cute and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and well maintained hotel.

Fabulous breakfast buffet. Wonderful restaurant for dinner too! Free cold drinks and nightly happy hour for free in lounge. Met other travelers there at the happy hour. Staff were all very friendly.
