I only spent one night at the Hotel Adler Zurich as I had an early flight out the next morning. It was a good experience as the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with helping to choose a restaurant for dinner and making sure there was a taxi waiting to get me to the airport in the morning. And it is located in Old Town - greta location! I would stay again if I ever get back to Zurich.

The hotel was very good. Spotlessly clean, everything worked well and I really enjoyed my 4 nights staying here and I slept very well each night once I fell asleep. A little bit of street noise from neighbouring restaurants but manageable. Super convenient location in the Center of the old town and I would stay again .

Clean room. Staff friendly and always communicates fast. Breakfast included but is more continental buffet with pastries, cereals, yogurts, boiled eggs, deli, etc. Overall breakfast was fine and got us through the afternoon. Room is small but well kept. We were on the third floor, the flooring is wood flooring, so when someone above our room walked around or moved chairs/bed, you could definitely hear it. Our room was on the side of where all the restaurants were and at night it could be noisy from their guests and music performers. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be for you. The location was Perfect! Walkable to so many landmarks, shopping and restaurants. The only thing that really bothered us was the strong smell of the cheese from the restaurant below.

The room was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed for our comfort and storage. Both our cheese fondue dinner and included breakfast buffet were delicious. We really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and sodas. The hotel is centrally located in Old Town and within easy walking distance from the train station.

My room was given a quick clean and straightened up each day and i recieved new towels. The staff were all really friendly in the hotel and the restaurant- I twice ate in the hotel in the evening and even though people were queuing out the door they ensured i was accommodated. The foundue was amazing. The hotel is traditional swiss - some of the wood in my room could do with refinishing but everything otherwise was well maintained. The bed was super comfy. TV - i had some access to UK channels. Shower was really powerful. You had free access to a fridge downstairs for soft drinks and water to take to your room.

Clean and well located hotel in the Old Town. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the Expedia listing advertised a “24 hour airport shuttle”. Expedia promoted this feature as a “rare find”. This was the main reason I booked this hotel (as opposed to others that looked comparable). It turns out that there is no airport shuttle and they offered to arrange one for a price that was more than double what I paid for an Uber. I don’t know if this is the hotel’s fault or Expedia’s fault but it was misleading.
