Thank you to Ms. Ariana, the front office staff who helped me check in. She gave me a free late check-out at 1 PM. The room was also very clean and cool. The bellboy/doorman was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Kay, who knows what, worked quickly, neatly, and cleanly. She ensured my room was perfectly clean. They even made the towels in the room into swan shapes (sorry, I lost the paper that asked you to write down your name and put it on the desk in the room, but I read your name was similar to mine, but I forgot your last name, brother. Please accept my apology). The room, lobby, and rooftop have been beautifully renovated. My last stay was in 2019, before Covid. I'll definitely be back. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and it's right in the heart of KL Sentral. It's easy to find food and transportation. And most importantly, the hotel's lighting is bright and there's no spooky or haunted feeling. I'm not someone who dares to sleep alone, but I couldn't help but sleep alone and soundly (the lights and TV were still on). :) Thank you to all the Easy Hotel staff. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. During my 2 nights stay at this hotel I met 3 different receptionists. Quite friendly and responsive when I asked. Likewise with 1 housekeeping that I met was also friendly by giving a smile when they met. What I like most about this hotel is its location is very strategic because it is located in the bukit bintang area and only need to walk a few steps to get to nasi ayam hainan chee meng, mon chinese beef roti, alor street, nasi lemak alor corner, Q pocket, KKV, lot 10, pavilion, etc.

I had a really great experience staying in My City Hotel because the room was clean, especially the bathroom was superb: clean with good light and comfortable... The extra was it's near the MRT of Masjid Jamek (just a few steps), there were so many food stalls around it, just a few meters from Mydin and Haniffa to buy Beryl's chocolate, coffee, teabags as a gift from Malaysia, and near Masjid Jamek and other tourism spots (could be reached on foot easily).
