Thank you to Ms. Ariana, the front office staff who helped me check in. She gave me a free late check-out at 1 PM. The room was also very clean and cool. The bellboy/doorman was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Kay, who knows what, worked quickly, neatly, and cleanly. She ensured my room was perfectly clean. They even made the towels in the room into swan shapes (sorry, I lost the paper that asked you to write down your name and put it on the desk in the room, but I read your name was similar to mine, but I forgot your last name, brother. Please accept my apology).
The room, lobby, and rooftop have been beautifully renovated. My last stay was in 2019, before Covid. I'll definitely be back. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and it's right in the heart of KL Sentral. It's easy to find food and transportation. And most importantly, the hotel's lighting is bright and there's no spooky or haunted feeling. I'm not someone who dares to sleep alone, but I couldn't help but sleep alone and soundly (the lights and TV were still on). :) Thank you to all the Easy Hotel staff.
