I've stayed at the New World too many times to count. I always enjoy my visit, the service is outstanding! The location is awesome: steps from Greenbelt and minutes away from Landmark, Glorietta and SM. There's an abundance of restaurants and shops which run the gamut from high-end to affordable.
The New World is 30+ years old and in need of an upgrade. I understand there are plans to do so, which is great. The staff and management do the best they can with what they got! I look forward to returning, especially once improvements are made, primarily to the rooms and other facilities. I don't want to discourage anyone from staying here, because the service is outstanding!
Check it out for yourself...however this time I give the hotel 4/5!

The dining staff were very nice but the hotel is very old and worn out. We spent 3 days there and the bathroom was dirty, beds were so hard and everything was worn out or broken and chipped.

Shout out to our favorite server in the bar his name is Owen. He was above and beyond excellent server. And the rest of the staff there front desk bellboy bar swimming pool area driver security all excellent. We would go back there again and again.

Everything was great food, service, and location except the room air conditioning. I even had the upgraded. I was able to switched rooms then second wasn’t like the first but still not cold like other places I stayed. Unfortunately won’t be back here

I arrived at 2:45 after being stuck at airport unable to get a taxi uber or any kind of safe ride. The hotel could care less. They don’t answer their phone and they don’t look at their text messages ..am no one answered the phone my room was nest to the service elevator heard noises all night long. For this inconvenience they gave me 1/2 bottle of cheap wine from chille Not the same experience. How ever the manger. Abby was very nice and understanding but gave up nothing do to upper management my maid was wonderful and well tipped
