This is such high class hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt like we were the most important guests they had to take care off that day and every day following. The friendliness and helpful staff is something missing from many establishments these days. I could not find a thing out of place or anything that wasn’t right. It was truly the perfect stay, so good that we didn’t just start our three week holiday there with a three night stay but decided to end it with another three nights at New Works Makati. Highly recommended.

The place is old, however it is clean. the staff are very helpful and friendly. the lobby is very big. I stayed an executive club floor and have access to lounge and the food. The breakfast was very good and lot of varieties. The Hotel is very close to all Greenbelt(walking distance) with lots of different restaurants. I would love to stay again when i go back.
