Great location across Greenbelt 3! Lobby area is a great place to hangout to wind down the evening - to people watch, listen to live music, or just watch the cars pass by on a late night. It's still a great hotel atmosphere once you walk in. It has been about 6 years between visits, and the hotel has aged a bit. The citrus scent at the lobby is no longer there, the room furniture has not changed much or at all, and there is wear on the carpets, walls and fixtures. It did not affect the cleanliness, or comfort of the accommodations though. Still had good sleep and a nice and comfortable time relaxing in the room after a long day out. Breakfast buffet was pricey but good, with a nice variety of food and beverages. Staff was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The past few years haven't been great for the industry but the hotel still manages to give you value for your money. We still enjoyed our stay here and would consider coming back on a future visit!

A five-star location paired with five-star staff — but sadly, the property itself falls short. The carpets, walls, and washroom facilities are noticeably worn and in need of a full renovation to match the calibre of everything else on offer. What truly saved my stay were the people. Jules, Jelo, and Clive at the front desk, along with Litzie, Timmy, and Joey from the ADD team, were exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated. They more than made up for the property's shortcomings. With the right investment in renovation, this place could easily be a five-star experience all around. The bones are there — it just needs the work.

the Breakfast was probably the best and the reason why I came back. The shower was hot and powerful enough. One minor problem was there was a lot of water on the floor after taking showers. Maybe there was a gap between the door and the floor, but it was minor. I will come back next time for my business trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and very accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place felt safe and offered a variety of amenities to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to shopping centers, banks, restaurants, and even a nearby convenience store. Their buffet also had a great selection, which we really enjoyed. I also loved that they have a live singer in the lounge every night. It added a relaxing and enjoyable vibe to the whole experience. Special mention to Raine from the reception. She has a great personality and provided excellent service. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!!!

I have stayed at New World Makati on many occasions. The staff is always nice, professional and accommodating. They usually take great care of the guests and this visit was no exception. I’d like to acknowledge the following: Club Lounge: Abbey and her staff, in particular: Wilson, Babylyn and Jim. Your service and attention to detail was outstanding! As someone who travels for work, I know the room attendants work extremely hard each day. I want to acknowledge and thank Jomel, who made sure my room was clean and comfortable! I mention to management and others (last year) that the hotel has been in a steady decline physically. It’s definitely gotten worse! The rooms are in dire need of remodeling which I know will be an expensive and timely undertaking. Hopefully new ownership knows, understands and plans for this! The staff can only do so much with what tools and amenities are provided. Jasmine (dim sum restaurant) is outstanding: service and food. But they need to be more attentive to pricing. I had to inform them that I was overcharged twice! Still, the selection and quality were great! Lastly, I cannot say enough about the Club Lounge and the staff, many who are new. They make the guest (myself for sure) feel at home. Breakfast and the available choices are awesome! The cocktail hour has been reduced and the quality of food and choices have also gone downhill. Maybe the Exec Chef needs to be changed. Otherwise, an outstanding stay but due to staff! Jim Lee Honolulu HI
