This hotel improved greatly from a few years ago. Super clean. Staff amazing. really beautiful hotel. The food is excellent! I ran into my old buddy Freeman. Great worker there. All of the staff is incredible!

Excellent staff upon check in. Really loved the directors suite experience. Everyone at the living room lounge was super helpful and Tanya at the desk was super helpful and created a world class luxury experience for us. Thank you and we can’t wait to return!

The location is very good, close to everything and the airport. Staff is very welcoming and warm, kudos to Filipino hospitality❤️. The hotel needs an upgrade though. Rooms look tired and dated, definitely need to improve to make it more cozy and something to look forward to at the end of the day.

I enjoyed my stay at the New World Makati hotel. The property is well maintained and the staff very pleasant. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The hotel has a restaurant and bar and is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants just across the street.
