Very good hotel and the service are very nice!

1. staff are very good and happy to provid service but i ordered laundry pickup at next Morrning, staff cma eto my room asking for collection of laundry items whem i place ordered on line, they were 1900-2000PM both nights. i don't get it why so hurry in the night as same return as laundry was picked up in the morning. 2. My room ar residential floor, club floor, but next to service elevator, i could hear the sound of elevator running whole night from evening to early morning. very annoying humming sound during sleep. I don't get such experiences after staying in Naew world hotel for more than 15 years. very bad this time, the room no. is 2508 just next service elevator. that room is not sellable at all.

The room is a bit old, I had breakfast with my guests at the lounge and services are slow.

位置不错，早餐丰盛，对面就是Green Belt,，购物方便。 设备有点老了，空调没法关，冷死了。

非常方便，聘用聾啞人士，服務態度一流，吃喝購物都10分方便。

I was at New World twice in less than a week, The 2nd time was when my flight got canceled and rather than try another hotel I decided to go back, This time I booked a different room, an upgrade if you will and felt the difference. Wasn't cramped, felt open, if only a few feet I could tell the difference, everything else was what one expected from New World, thw food was great, a bit pricey but nonetheless great. The server in the lounge was surprised to see me again, she remembered me and thst really made me feel appreciated, Greenbelt 3 right across the street is a plus. Overall great stay regardless of my canceled flight :)

Maybe the hotel should install diffusers since the common hallways smell musty. Most 5* hotels have a signature smell and it would perhaps be if common areas smelled like perfume rather than mold. Otherwise, service is good. Business as usual.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. It was super nice when I first stayed here about 25 years ago and is still in good shape and very appealing. Everyone has been very nice, except one woman behind the front desk refused to address my concern about getting my outside coffee warmed up in the microwave. She told me I had to go through room service. After I explained to her about common sense and efficiency, with the break room about twenty feet from the front desk, she eventually acquiesced. That is the big negative about my entire two week stay, so you can see nearly everything was great. Many dozens of restaurants close by with many options. I even tried Jollibee's with great satisfaction and used GRAB for the first time. Excellent hotel with nice spa and pool and on premises restaurants, a Buffett and Chinese restaurant and a bar food restaurant. The mattress was a little hard for my liking, but I would stay here again without hesitation.

The staff continues to be the hotel’s biggest asset. There are many new faces but everyone is generally very pleasant and accommodating: Security, Doormen, Concierge, Front Desk. A special thank you to Abbey, Hazel and the others who staff the Club Level Reception area. I also wanted to recognize Wilson, Babylyn and the others who took exceptional care of me at Breakfast and Cocktail hour. Their commitment to their guests is outstanding! My room attendants: Jomel and Raymond are definite assets to New World and their work ethic is outstanding! My biggest gripes remain the same: NW is in dire need of renovation, remodel and repair. The staff can only do so much. There are way too many things to mention: inoperable elevators, creaky room floors, hot water issues and many noticeable cosmetic problems: chipped paint, loose faucets, stains…the list is endless! The hotel is old and it shows. New owners need to address this sooner than later although I know it will take time and money. I also notice how management is skimping on things: no newspapers in Club Lounge for guests to use (not keep); menu offerings that have been impacted. The food and choices were outstanding: now they are simply poor and often not delicious! Why offer choices that are lousy: tasteless, dry and just CHEAP! All businesses must find ways to reduce costs but you can offer less selection but ensure they are good! I think the Executive Chef is terrible needs to be replaced. His food at cocktail hour is junk!

All members of the staff were excellent. They were able to provide everything we needed very quickly and even took care of booking our airport transfer. Very convenient location as well, close to shopping and great restaurants. This was our second stay and we will stay again when we return to Manila.

An excellent hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. A bit tacky the staff ask for online reviews but that is a very minor point. Not sure if that is the norm but we were not used to it. The lounge has limited food options but the drinks are good. The gym and pool are nice. The nearby malls have many dining options. There are several local businesses nearby not in the malls that are interesting including the museum. The executive lounge and the breakfast are good. We will definitely consider staying again.

The hotel is well appointed, I think the breakfast Buffett could use a refresh compared to Shangri La down the street and the price is comparable. The staff was excellent. If it’s your first time visiting the amount of security you and your guest have to go through will be intimidating. I would chalk it up to “I would rather have it than not.” But going through the airport was less strenuous, which doesn’t lend itself to relaxing environment. It just keeps you on guard. Again for a first timer it might cause caution. Staff make the place a 5 star.
