Outstanding service from everyone, especially Dexter who tremendously helped with suggesting the hotel transfer of our bags between New World Makati and Marco Polo Ortigas, before our short trip to El Nido! My fiance and I were trying to look up a trustworthy luggage storage early in the morning, and Dexter informed us fortunately that it's no longer available at NAIA Terminal 2... Therefore he thought of the convenient and reasonably priced transfer between hotels in Manila. Thanks as well to all of the staff and the concierge team who made our stay memorable. I super appreciate the cake for my birthday as well as the many amenities and the friendly service! Loved the in room breakfast and room service.

Requested a bottle of water. Waited and waited; made two calls to the operator to inquire about the “MIW = Missing Water” and finally after 30’ they brought the water that I needed to take my medicine with! I exploded and made sure that the hotel management knew about this lack of competence in a hotel that brags about being 4-4.5 star hotel !! Furthermore the “in the room food” are super expensive !! Double than the great local restaurants. The shower head was falling off ! Had a very disappointing stay there and I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

I requested for a bottle of water for taking my medications. It took them more than 30’ to bring the water! An absolutely ridiculous response time. Also the other parts of the things in the room do not operate well; like the shower head is falling off. The prices of their in the room food are unbelievably high. I had a very bad stay at the New World hotel and WILL NOT stay at this hotel ever again!

iWe stayed for two nights. It is located in the nicer part of town where there is a lot pf shopping and dining options. My only gripe is that I checked in early knowing that there is a higher chance to get I asked to be place placed on a higher floor but the receptionist told me I have to pay over a hundred dollars more for that so I declined that option. Overall, the stay was good. I was placed in a room where you can see obvious signs of wear and tear. Staff were courteous and friendly. TV is a little tricky and hard to ooerate. It is an old samsung 32 inch TV that is almost obsolete. It is okay because we were out of our room for the most part of our stay. This hotel also have a nice gym which I used to burn off calories after eating at their buffet breakfast. I went and checked the pool and saw a little work needs to be done to beautify an already average pool. Security in this hotel is top notch. You could see security staff doing ocular survey on cars entering the hotel's premises like how they would do it in the Manila International Airport. We also grabbed some drinks for a night cap and there are entertainers playing live music at the lounge. Overall, I give this atay a 4/5 stars. Location is great, Service staff are world class. Renovations will push it to 5 stars.

Great welcome on 24th floor by Ms Hazel. We stayed in room 2408 and room 2328. Prefer breakfast with the crowd on the ground level. Did not avail of club level dining as there’s many options in Greenbelt and Glorietta. Enjoyed listening to great performance with Jessie(?) singing Friday night up to 11pm. New World Makati Hotel is clean and situated across luxury mall at Greenbelt 3. SPA: Air conditioning is set TOO COLD for body massage and the temperature could not be adjusted. GYM: Many options for cardio equipment as there were 2+rooms dedicated for gym available 24 hours for guests Hotel entrance is accessed by walking through metal detector, large bags are screened but not searched. BONUS: Beautiful working dog on duty to keep hotel employees and hotel guests safe while on the property.

iWe stayed for two nights. It is located in the nicer part of town where there is a lot pf shopping and dining options. My only gripe is that I checked in early knowing that there is a higher chance to get I asked to be place placed on a higher floor but the receptionist told me I have to pay over a hundred dollars more for that so I declined that option. Overall, the stay was good. I was placed in a room where you can see obvious signs of wear and tear. Staff were courteous and friendly. TV is a little tricky and hard to ooerate. It is an old samsung 32 inch TV that is almost obsolete. It is okay because we were out of our room for the most part of our stay. This hotel also have a nice gym which I used to burn off calories after eating at their buffet breakfast. I went and checked the pool and saw a little work needs to be done to beautify an already average pool. Security in this hotel is top notch. You could see security staff doing ocular survey on cars entering the hotel's premises like how they would do it in the Manila International Airport. We also grabbed some drinks for a night cap and there are entertainers playing live music at the lounge. Overall, I give this atay a 4/5 stars. Location is great, Service staff are world class. Renovations will push it to 5 stars.

Great welcome on 24th floor by Ms Hazel. We stayed in room 2408 and room 2328. Prefer breakfast with the crowd on the ground level. Did not avail of club level dining as there’s many options in Greenbelt and Glorietta. Enjoyed listening to great performance with Jessie(?) singing Friday night up to 11pm. New World Makati Hotel is clean and situated across luxury mall at Greenbelt 3. SPA: Air conditioning is set TOO COLD for body massage and the temperature could not be adjusted. GYM: Many options for cardio equipment as there were 2+rooms dedicated for gym available 24 hours for guests Hotel entrance is accessed by walking through metal detector, large bags are screened but not searched. BONUS: Beautiful working dog on duty to keep hotel employees and hotel guests safe while on the property.
