There was a hot and cold water dispenser available for unlimited refills, and an iron was also available for those who needed to straighten their clothes. The rooms were also clean. The hotel is quite nice and reasonably priced, close to Petaling Street, Pasar Seni, and plenty of dining options. However, the lobby is quite far away, requiring stairs, and not suitable for children or the disabled. It's a real hassle.

The location is quite strategic, but the hotel staff on duty on Wednesday, June 13, 2026, on the 11:45 PM shift were extremely unfriendly. Every time we asked for help, they always grumbled, and even when other customers asked for help, they grumbled after helping. There were also no toothbrushes in the room (amenities were incomplete).

For that price, it's totally worth it! If you want to go to Genting, you can just walk to the shuttle. It's also close to KLCC by LRT.
