It was a great stay at HARRIS Waterfront, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, there was a very comfortable balcony to relax, it was perfect for families who wanted a vacation, even though the place was far from the city center but it was no problem if you wanted a quiet and comfortable vacation, don't forget to shop first for room necessities like snacks, but it is highly recommended, especially the service was super friendly!! Love to be back again

Pernah menginap di sini November 2022, dan sangat berkesan. Petugas-nya ramah dan cepat tanggap. Keamanan dan privasi terjaga, kamar nyaman dan bersih, harga bersaing dan ramah di kantong. Sehingga jadi referensi menginap kembali saat saya kembali ke Batam. Pada tanggal 15 Januari 2024 kembali saya menginap di sini dan tetap sama pelayanan-nya. Good job pokoknya.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, responsive, woken up at dawn, escorted to the airport, lent a mukena, comfortable even though alone, the sheets are also clean, for that price it's really good, exceeds expectations 👍 there is a hair dryer, next to it there is an express laundry, across from Indomart, lots of food, highly recommended, close to the airport 👍👍, it just takes time to go to the city center

The rooms are thoughtfully designed for travellers who spend most of their time out exploring, providing just what’s needed for a comfortable shower and a good rest. Simple, clean, and functional; exactly what you’d expect for a short and pleasant stay. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, from the front office to security, housekeeping, and the restaurant team. Their warm service adds a welcoming touch and makes the overall stay even more enjoyable.
