It was a great stay at HARRIS Waterfront, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, there was a very comfortable balcony to relax, it was perfect for families who wanted a vacation, even though the place was far from the city center but it was no problem if you wanted a quiet and comfortable vacation, don't forget to shop first for room necessities like snacks, but it is highly recommended, especially the service was super friendly!! Love to be back again

I expected a kids' room like the one pictured when I booked via the app, but I was given a regular room, even though there were very few guests, no other families with little kids. The towels were already black, and when I asked for replacements, they were still black, making it a bit uncomfortable to use. I chose a pool access room, but they didn't provide a mat from the pool to the room. I asked for an extra mat and had to pay, hmm... And the odd thing is that the pool access door can't be locked from the outside, so you have to exit through the main door and go around to the lobby to get to the pool, defeating the purpose of "pool access." The overall atmosphere is very old-fashioned, outdated; it might have felt good 15 years ago. The location is far from the city.

There was also a hotel where the lights went out from 3 am until noon, and the hotel staff didn't inform us that there was a power outage. We wanted to go down from the 5th floor and it was scary at 3 am, we were so hot we couldn't sleep. In the morning we went down to the lobby and were advised to move rooms.

I have stay on weekend in here, so there are many guest.. There is an All You Can Eat buffet on Saturday night, but I don't try it since I am not hungry enough. I eat lunch and dinner on the restaurant, for me the food is normal but my partner said its not good enough for him. There is a minimarket inside the hotel where you can buy snacks. It has alot of snacks choices. The room is nice and spacious, hot water is working, AC is cold, the TV provides good services. I had massages here and I quite enjoy it. The therapist very good, makes your body relax again!
