Stayed at Hyatt Regency Sydney and really enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout. The location by Darling Harbour made it easy to walk everywhere, and the breakfast selection was solid. Service was warm and efficient, making the whole stay feel effortless.

I had such a lovely stay at Pan Pacific. From the moment I arrived, the staff were great! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable – I especially loved the little touches. Well-positioned if you want to stay close to Flinders St station, visit the ACMI, and walkable to stops in the free tram zone. Car rental is also available within the hotel facilities, so it was easy for us to leave our luggage at the concierge, rent a car for the GOR and return to stay at the hotel again.

The location of the apartment is in CBD, very centrally located to the malls, street malls, restaurants and public transportation - all within short walking distance. Free Trams are a few blocks away. The apartment itself is not that new as interior and furniture are quite outdated, but it is quite homey. If you want to cook a small meal, a small kitchen is available to be used with all tools and utensils, included dishwasher. Washing machine/dryer is in the premise as well included detergent, so you can wash your laundry with no worry. We stayed 10 nights in Sommerset and had received an excellent services from the staff as they were very attentive to all requests made upon. Overall is a-five star apartment that we called home for 10 nights.

Location is very convenient to the free tram stops, shops, and QVM. The hotel and room is clean and comfortable, and is also kids-friendly with their small corner for kids to read and play down at the lobby. Property is secure too and they had assisted us with storage luggage when we arrived early before the check in time. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Booked 2 queen beds room. The room is spacious. It came with a microwave, plates, and cutlery. We used all of that. Some reviews mentioned noise, etc. I don't hear any noise. The hotel is very near to all the tourist attractions. Halal restaurants are all nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel for comfort and accessibility.
