Lift was broken, room was tired, fridge made loud noise all night, housekeepers using linen shoot next to our room at early hours of the morning, no amenities in room and when we asked housekeepers was told go see reception No Accor member recognition. This is a very budget run down property they ruined it when they separated the Pullman. The only positive is the location.

The room was clean, spacious enough, and the bed was comfy for what I needed, so I was very happy with that. The staff were attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. My only gripe was how thin the walls were. You can hear nearly everything from the hallway and the rooms next door—conversations, TVs, doors opening and closing, and even intimate activities late at night—which made it hard to get uninterrupted sleep. So just be aware of that if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. Overall, a good stay with one notable downside.

This is possibly the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Firstly checked in, no wifi password on check in and not in the room. Attempted to call reception - phone disconnected, called off my phone took me being passed around 3 times and hung up on before I finally got it. Ended up having to change rooms due to being surrounded by rooms of screaming children. 1 lift broken meaning a long wait for the lift. Mattress old and plasticky. Could hear everyone's toilet flush and the plumbing screams all night. Shower is either freezing or boiling and will randomly cycle between the two to keep you guessing. And to top it up I woke up and the carpet along my bed was wet where it meets the bathroom and stank of urine! Not to mention the fridge pooled water unexpectedly and ruined my food. I cannot find a good thing to say! Complained at check out and nothing was offered. I wish I had just left and found another hotel. Do not stay here.

With no housekeeping for 72hrs due to so called sustainability (or more like short staffed) meant the bins weren’t emptied and bathroom maintained. Surely as a 4star property this needs to be reviewed as is a big let down for an international hotel chain in the middle of Melbourne. Not only was there no housekeeping, the bathroom was extremely small and extensive exiting the shower means you’re on top of the loo. We go was non existent despite raising multiple complaints with the excuse being it’s Easter so no staff to fix the issue, now surely being a busy holiday season you would at least have staff on call to help fix this issue. Having stayed here multiple times offer the years, sadly the hotel has been neglected therefore will be looking for a new place to stay.
