The location is great. The facilities are a bit worn out, and in my room, there is no in-room safe. So, I had to ask the front desk to keep my passport there. Throughout my three-night stay, there were no bed makings, room cleanings, or towel changes. The walls are very thin, and you can hear any telephone conversation taking place in the neighboring rooms. Regarding the room charges, however, they are fair. In the nearby Block Market, a superb classic breakfast was available.

Hotel location and staff are good. Air condition is noisy and not enough.

エレベーターが２機、１機が頻繁に止まっていたので待つ時間が長かった。

清潔感があり、コーヒーや紅茶も十分な数がありました。隣の部屋とは行き来できるドアがあったので仕方ないのかもしれませんが隣室の話し声や物音が想像以上に聞こえます。

The only 2 things we found bad was that the shower was very small and the mattress we had was terrible. There was very little padding and could feel all the springs. After the second night, there were afew sore spots on our bodies. Everthing else was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was ideal.

The location, staff and the buffet breakfast are the redeeming features of this hotel. The interconnected rooms is small and suits one adult and one child in each room, not 4 adults. The bathrooms were even smaller and lighting is very poor. The queen room is slightly bigger with a full size desk. It is not the usual Mercure standards however it is convenient for shopping and eateries. Avoid if you're looking for a romantic getaway unless you book higher floors with city views.

Dirty, dingy, noisy, too expensive for what it was!! Tried charging us three times for the one breakfast!

Very convenient location with shopping malls and restaurants right next to it. However, it can be a bit of a nuisance if you prefer peace and quietness. The interior is quite tired, a bit uplift can do its good. Room are quite small. Staff are nice and friendly.

A very convenient location. Inside the hotel room was good. I recommend it. I didn't use the restaurant as there are plenty of eating options right nearby. There were only two issues. First, the water leaks out of the shower screen onto the floor when you take a shower in my room. There is a 5mm gap between the screen and the door. The shower is strong and good but it leaks. The second issue was that the curtain rail was damaged. This was minor, however, but it needs to be fixed before someone accidentally pulls down the curtain when trying to shut it! Considering that the room is only cleaned every three days, it would probably be better too if the bin in the room were a little bigger.

The room was much smaller than it appeared on the hotel website. Soundproofing between the walls could be improved We had to complain to reception on one night due to the loud voices from the adjoining room. However this was acted on immediately by staff and the noise ceased. Breakfast was good - variety and the staff excellent.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ganz gut. Man hat Vieles in der Nähe. Teuer ist es auch nicht. Lediglich mit der Sauberkeit bin ich nicht ganz zufrieden. Die Bettwäsche sah nicht ganz sauber aus, wie die Dusche auch.

Very convenient location, central to everything i needed. One lift was out of order most of my 4 night stay, causing delays with just one lift operating. Have stayed before when it was the Welcome Hotel. Would recommend and stay again.
