When I tried to check in just before 2pm, the counter said I have to pay $20 to check in before 2pm. I was only 15 minutes before check in. I later check-in in after 4.30pm after late lunch. I paid the hotel early and is this the service that I get to pay for checking in slightly early. I have stay at this place frequently and also recommended my friends at this hotel. Ver disgraceful behaviour on this holiday season.

Check in was not as smooth as it normally is. I was offered a room upgrade a few days prior to arrival at $6 per night, which I applied for. At check in, I mentioned about the upgrade application and the receptionist first stated that the upgrade is $25 per night. I told them the price in the offer. They tapped away on the computer and then came back with a price of $8 per night. I declined this and stated that the offer was $6 per night and started going through my emails to show them. They then made it $6 per night and then we proceeded with completing check in.

Eggs were half cold and tasteless. Parking was advertised as onsite but you had 2 walk two blocks to get to it. Room was very small and advertised as a family room. Shower was made for kids.

Breakfast as very well organised. Although self serve buffet very easy to find things, with food & relevant crockery etc nearby.

Clean sheets would have been nice and was told to request clean towels at the front desk!! No fan in the bathroom??

Disappointing, I feel that standards have dropped since last visited. No drawers or cupboards, needed when staying for a week. Only one chair available in room, 2 guests. Dry wall construction appears to offer low sound barrier from drawers & doors closing from adjacent rooms. Room serviced only once therefore rubbish built up over the stay. Needed to daily request tea bags & milk. Sink plug in bathroom not retaining water. No safety rail or non slip mat in shower. Aged quilt, appeared to be well worn & even torn in a number of places. Would have liked to give a better rating but feel that we have stayed in better Motels along the Nullarbor.

Amazing location, close to Everything!! Beds really comfortable. Would stay there again.

La chambre bien, propre, j’aurais aimé plus de rangement. Pour la durée de notre séjour, c’était un bon choix. Hôtel près de tout un plus.

Perfect location, clean & tidy

The room was very very dusty. When I put my expensive cashmere trousers on the shelf they were covered in white dust. Although I dusted my wife spent the night coughing and her eyes went red

I would love to return there on my next visit; I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and it’s nearer to the shopping center
