Exceptional service, but significant technical issues with elevators. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, when the elevators are not working, he suggested to help us bring luggage downstairs which we stayed in 11/F. The parking lot is quite a distance from the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest issue was the elevators. Only 1 was working during our stay, leading to very long wait times. Most disappointingly, there was a morning both elevators were out of service, which is unacceptable for a hotel.

Very convenient location that provides the basics

Location was perfect, facilities had a few issues : -No Toilet accessible to use after checkout was a pain staff locked returns upstairs and wouldn’t allow access). -Shower door needs to be a glass slider as swing door doesn’t seal. -Room has an odour when I arrived but was bearable. Thanks for the stay crew

Good place to stay

Checkin is slow not because the staff were slow but their counter is so small that everyone tried to push in and it was just a bit chaotic. The shower had only lukewarm water in the evening and it was a terrible experience. I complained to the front desk and was told it was what it was and the water should be better in the morning which it was but still not great. Feels like a cheap hostel than a Mercure. No fault of the staff but the poor state of the hotel.

One of the two lifts were out of order which meant a long wait time to leave or come back. Check in was also slow but great location

Very good location. Room was noisy. No sound proofing. Shower hard to control temperature when somebody in another room turns water on.

Original room had strong odiur. Needed to be evacuated due to electrical problems. 2nd room provided was adequate. Breakfast & location was great. Motel needs upgrade

Hotel was clean staff lovely. The only thing was one lift was out of order for 2 days and it made the wait time for lift quite long but overall good stay

Only service the room every three days. I understand it’s better for the environment, but a hotel should provide service everyday. Location is great. Check in and out were easy.

Lift was broken, room was tired, fridge made loud noise all night, housekeepers using linen shoot next to our room at early hours of the morning, no amenities in room and when we asked housekeepers was told go see reception No Accor member recognition. This is a very budget run down property they ruined it when they separated the Pullman. The only positive is the location.

Very run down, one lift in operation which was a concern on getting to room or to lobby over 10min wait and jam packed. Rooms are not clean, AC button not working set to 18 walked into ice box and could not control the temperature.

Room Was clean. Staffs are very much cooperative. Breakfast was way. It is Very convenient area for tourists. Shops, shopping mall and trams are nearby.

Old and tired looking but great location and service was great. Only feedback was a server was always sour looking and not very friendly - surname was joy!
