Great location and great staff!!

Great hotel with parking right in the middle of Bruges! Lovely staff and rooms are clean and great for a city stay.

I can’t say good things about Martin’s Brugge! The staff was absolutely lovely. Hotel was very clean and it was nice to have the bar available. There is no coffee in the rooms, but if you ask the front desk, they will give you a tea kettle to use. There is coffee available for purchase downstairs. The location is perfect very quiet yet central to everything. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay overall, thanks to the amazing staff. They were very accommodating with my early check-in, which I really appreciated after a long trip. Even better, their food recommendations were genuine and not just typical suggestions. Would definitely recommend!

great location to do a few days of wandering through old town and beyond

Rooms very clean, staff friendly and breakfast was plentiful. Beverages available in foyer, use automated till system using card. Didn’t notice if you could use cash. Room became unbearably hot in early hours so had to open windows but then noise from outside was annoying. Apart from that, we would stay again, but be more prepared. Pillows in rooms were cushion size. (Unsure if that’s the norm)

Overall this is a great hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom needed help though. The door did not lock, the shower only had half a glass door, causing water from the shower to spray out on to the floor. There was very minimal counter space and hand towels were hung low so not very accessible. The bathtub is also taller than normal, causing us to trip and slip on the wet floor when getting out. Very hazardous bathroom.

Very clean room. Location could not be better. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. You are in the middle of all main attractions, yet it is very quiet. I’d highly recommend it.

Staff were most welcoming and helpful. They also provided us with a map and outlined a great walking route to see their beautiful city. Excellent location and value proposition.

Nice room and excellent breakfast

Room was clean and cute. Breakfast food was good. We used parking which was expensive (€35 for one night) but as we drove from Amsterdam was a necessity. Underground parking which was secure, safe and well lit. Experience with check in, check out, questions were pretty average - no one seemed particularly eager to assist. Overall experience was fine though.

Wonderful hotel in the most perfect location immediately behind the main square. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean and the price was excellent value! A perfect place to stay in Bruge

The best location close to every thing , easy to find

I had a wonderful time and the staff was terrific in helping me with the train i needed to take.
