Great location, clean rooms, professional and helpful and friendly front desk staff. Must acknowledge Nieles at the front desk. We checked in quite early from a bike and barge trip and had expected to leave our bags and come back at check in time. Instead, Nieles kindly checked and found a room that was ready. After our strenous bike trip, having a room ready early was a blessing. Going above and beyond like Nieles did leaves a positive and lasting impression of the hotel. Another front desk staff member (sorry I did not get his name) pointed out that the train station we had reserved was too far out and we should have booked from Sint Michaels so we went there instead to catch the train saving time and money. I cannot stress enough that such kindness and professionalism is the exception (I travel alot and can attest) and needs to be specifically acknowledged. I will be recommending Martin's to friends and family planning a trip to Bruge.

Outstanding service de facilities are excellent. The rooms are clean and very Well located in the city. So I highly recommend this hotel for anybody. Wants to walk around the city of Bruce.

We had an odd room that was hard to find but when we did it was nice. Staff was great and location was ideal if you are doing anything in town. Great place to stay, we would do it again!

Had to ask 3 times for someone to look at heater. The staff were not customer helpful. Maintenance were to come to my room. No one came. No knock on my door. Had the tv on and you could hear it if you were outside the door. I was told he did not come because I had the sign on the door that I did not need the room cleaned. No amenities to speak of. When checking in no one looked at me, or said we’ll be right with you, nothing for approximately 6 minutes. Mold should be cleaned in shower. Not even 3 star.

Hotel is ideally placed for Trip to Bruges. It is in walking distance of most of the sights, and is only a few hundred metres from the market square, with all its cafes and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, and regularly refreshed so nothing ran out. I would happily go back
