Very clean

Wonderful stay. It is the perfect location. A mile or two from the train station and a block from a huge market/shopping area with everything a tourist could dream of. Our room for three was large, uncluttered with many windows and a great bathroom. Very clean, helpful staff - perfect for our stay!

2nd time we stayed here. Location is perfect and we will choose this hotel to stay at every year we travel to Bruges. It is clean, we have never tried the breakfasts so cant comment on that

Beds we’re great but very confusing how to get to some rooms lots of up and down stairs must take same elevator or you will be lost 😞

Perfect location. Clean. Friendly staff. Safe. We recommend if you like to be close to the main activities of the city.

Based on cleanliness, hotel staff, and location, the hotel gets five stars. The only criticism we have is of the room. There was no place to put anything — one small desktop and two small bedside shelves. The room needs shelves and draws. The bathroom needs shelf space. We had to keep our suitcases on the floor. There was no place to store anything (not even socks and undergarments). We were there for a week.

This hotel is just ok. Pretty basic. The location is great, very convenient but that’s about it. No coffee service in room. There was a Starbucks machine in the lobby but it wasn’t free. No in room refrigerator. The safe was so tiny my iPad didn’t fit. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. It was clean but the wall under the TV was badly scuffed and in need of paint. A huge bicycle race event was during our stay but we were not informed beforehand. Also, to arrive by car, Google maps will send you down a street where cars are prohibited from 1pm to 6pm but it is not blocked off and not clearly marked. (We’re expecting to be fined.) Beware! On site parking is €30 per day. The staff didn’t make an impression one way or another.
