The room was decent. This hotel was obviously more about profit than customer service. Breakfast was expensive. We elected to have breakfast locally as the service and pricing was much better.

Overall a nice hotel. Very well situated within easy walking distance of everything and good transport links. Nice Starbucks stand addition in reception. Soundproofing between rooms however is not great so bring earplugs. Would recommend for location alone.

Great location, but terribly uncomfortable beds, i had a twin room. Mattress poor, and pillows were like small cushions filled with rocks. Take your own pillow to avoid cricked neck! Poor quality breakfast. Kettle in room would make all the difference. I have stayed here many times over the years, but I think that will be my last stay. I had 2 nights and just couldn't sleep due to the bed. Sorry Martins, it's all well and good having a great location, and nicely decorated rooms but if you can't sleep, or provide pillows not cushions, people will vote with their feet!

The room was clean with an air conditioning unit thst worked well. There is no fridge which is a bit of a bummer. Otherwise property was clean and can’t beat the location!

The hotel was beautiful and very well placed to explore Bruges The staff were helpful The room was small but clean Unfortunately there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was very disappointing. There was a machine in the foyer that you had to pay for which I thought was cheeky. Furthermore it stopped working! Also our tv had no internet so no Netflix 🙁

Very handy for the centre of Bruges. Nice room but a little small. Unfortunately no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room although there is a Starbucks machine in the lobby but you have to pay for the drinks. All staff were lovely and helpful, especially the cleaning staff. Expensive parking at the hotel (double that of the other underground long stay hotels) but staff were happy to point us in the direction of the nearest underground car park which was 5 mins walk away. Nice selection of breakfast items.
