A very nice hotel in the medieval part of Burges (wonderful!). Clean, modern with helpful staff. Our room was a bit tight - no drawers on the small night stands beside the bed was an annoyance. No room fridge (for green reasons) which would have been handy as my wife has dietary restrictions and uses them to store some food she can eat. 20 Euros each for good breakfast buffet was a bit steep. We should have gone to a bakery, waffle shop or street food restaurant for better value. There was plenty in the immediate area, so do a reconnaissance before dining in. In all, we would stay there again.

Top locatie, fijn behulpzaam personeel, schone kamer. Jammer dat tijdens onze dagen de bar gesloten was. We miste een afzuiging in de badkamer. Verder een super verblijf gehad, in een super mooie stad.

Very nice hotel in amazing location, just off Grote Markt square. Room was comfortable and clean. Everything was just a small walk away. Price was very good value for money compared to other options I researched.

the hotel was very close to the centre, about 1 minute walk away. best to use the carpark by the park and get an INTERPARKING card. the room faced the side of one of the main buildings so no view. the shower riser lever was broken off. we mentioned this to the reception and they did offer another room but if you have unpacked everything this is the last thing you want. the hotel is rather sterile with no posters or picture in the room or in the building. no tea making facilities in the room but you could go down to the reception area and buy an expensive tea or water there. best to buy water across the main square in the chemists as it is several Euros cheaper. the closenest to the Belfry, across the road, is a great bonus.

Great location!!!! Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the large 2 bedroom suite. All white inside, no art, very sterile, when you look closer at walls, very dinged, marked up from luggage perhaps and general guest use. Definitely not a fancy stay in our room but breakfast was great, staff was awesome and you can't beat the location.

Staff were very welcomming and accomodated throughout without a worry. Comfy and clean room ith all necessary amendietes (fully working too)! Location was as perfect as perfect can be Close by (walkable) to all major sites plus Belfour, Market Square, De Burg minutes away! Quiet and respectful street (as is the entire city of Brugge). A stroll away from Boatours which is a must. The best traditional chocolate stores nearby as are a few pubs/bars (to allow for the amazing beer tasting experiences)! Solo/Partners/Families...completely suitable. Thank you for a wonderful time.
