The location is perfect and the included activities with stay was the icing on the cake.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and overall convenience.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I really enjoyed the heated jacuzzi, very relaxing afnd quiet.

The doors and furniture were quite old and dated. The TV was limited in functionality and did not support common smart TV apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, or Crave. We had hoped to use our own streaming subscriptions, but this was not possible, and only basic TV channels were available. Additionally, the walls between rooms were very thin and poorly insulated, and we could clearly hear conversations from both neighboring rooms. I assume our own conversations and TV noise were also easily audible. As we were traveling with a dog, we were informed that housekeeping would only service the room if the dog was taken out and a request was made. We did take our dog out and requested cleaning; however, the only service provided was vacuuming the carpet. The beds were not made, and the bathroom was not cleaned, which gave the impression that the hotel was short-staffed.

Really clean room with amazing customer and room service. Conveniently located besides the Valley Express ski slopes for skiiers who prefer smaller crowds.

The room was too hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The heating unit was far too loud. I didn’t sleep all night as I was right beside the unit.

Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Mountain view was good in one of the rooms the other room was a parkinglot view even though I booked both together. The breakfast in the inhouse restaurant took about an hour to receive it. Unfortunately when it came was not that tastefull. The floors seemed like there was a flood on the floor. My rooms were booked 3 months ahead and they were far apart. Almost diff floor even if I had not said something. The location was ok with shuttle service.

Clean room and good restaurant

We were surprised how well located the resort is. Right by the slopes, Shuttle available right there and a short walk distance to the Villa. Great and convenient breakfast at the Pottery Restaurant. We enjoyed this 3 days stay very much. Note: No shower available at the indoor pool. Same pool could use a good cleaning.
