Unfortunately, this hotel room was not worth the price paid. The room was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with carpets that appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. There were visible stains on the sheets, which was both disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. For the rate charged, I expected a much higher standard of housekeeping and overall room maintenance. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness of the rooms.

Pros: Location was convenient as we had an event right in the hotel conference centre. Close to the village. Free on-site parking. We received a voucher to use at their 2 onsite restaurants. But one was extremely busy and was understaffed the one time we tried to go there. Received bracelet to access 2 activties at the Village: gondola and canopy climb. Staff were nice. Things to consider: I booked on Expedia, and I was able to 'cancel' my whole booking but was not able to modify my booking later (because I wanted to cancel a day). The hotel bus shuttle service was not available every day of our stay. Took a long time for our sink and shower water to become warm. Our bathroom did not have a fan. The walls were thin and when our tv was off or low volume, we could hear our neighbours talking. Our bathroom sink faucet handle was loose so didn't stay on the 'hot' side. Our door did not have a soundproofing strip so we could hear other doors slamming shut. There was stuff on the fridge door and bathroom door that I had to clean off. Fridge is on the small side compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It’s a very old hotel, and the beds are not comfortable—they sink in the middle. The rooms smell bad, and the outdoor areas are completely run down. It’s very expensive for what it is. On top of that, when I arrived, there was a beeping sound from the fire alarm in the middle of the room, and I had to waste time waiting for someone to fix it. Also, the person who greeted me at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all

This was our family's first time visiting the Blue Mountain area. Firstly, this property is quite dated. Our room wasn't very clean. There was a hairpin left behind on the table, a piece of garbage under the bed, toothpaste stains on the mirror and counter top. The pool area and water smelled horrible but that has to do more with people doing things in the pool they shouldn't. Outside our room was also a disassembled playpen. For the price you pay, this hotel isn't worth it. What made the stay amazing and memorable for us was the front staff desk individual named Bruce. He was a delight to talk to and interact with. He allowed us to check in early, gave us a balcony roon, gave us wristbands for the coaster and canopy jump, gave us a restaurant coupon, gave us late checkout and even gave our kids a Blue Mountain plush when we checked out. He went above and beyond, it wasn't just about the extras but he went out of his way to converse with us and get to know our family and give us tips and information. He made the stay memorable and we would come to this resort because of him. Our family had a blast and it was 100% because of Bruce. Thank you!
