The front desk receptionist’s were very kind and helpful, as well as our server from the Alpine Pottery restaurant. The pool and hot tubs were great and we also got to enjoy some tennis as well. Our room was comfortable and we could adjust the temperature as we pleased. The bedsheets were clean and so was the bathroom. One small note, our sink drain had an issue where it wasn’t draining, but staff very quickly attended it and fixed it promptly. The location was a very easy 10 minute walk to the Blue Mountain Village. And we were pleasantly surprised that the gondola and canopy climb (as well as hiking and beach) were all included unlimited with our stay. With a complementary $20 off certain restaurants. We feel the value for our stay was very high and we left feeling very happy with our trip. Would recommend!

Good room and very friendly staff. Pictures may look like there are balconies.. but our door was permanently screwed closed. There were 4 outdoor hot tubs which would have been perfect at night... but there temperature was near boiling point. Bring tennis or badminton rackets as there is a court/net available.

Check in was great with Bruce getting us in. The rooms were clean and fresh. Hooks are needed in the bathroom. The Pottery Restaurant was very nice and Shelley was a great waitress. Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Blue Mountain Inn. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The only area that could use some attention was the refrigerator in the room, which could have been cleaner upon arrival. With a little more attention to that detail, the stay would have been even better. Overall, I would stay here again if the price was right.
