The room was clean, however our bathroom door wouldn't lock. The rate was very low and it was just me and my two children so it didn't matter much to me. The kids had a great time, the pool was fun and the outdoor hot tubs were very cool. We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor pool. Hopefully the door in 409 gets fixed soon!

Enjoyed our stay and extra amenities like shuttle to beach, gondola and food vouchers. Yes resort is a bit dated but clean and staff were great and Pottery restaurant was good. Easy walk to village.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and attractive. It is not an accessible property. Beds were very high. Everywhere I wanted to go was either a very long walk or there were stairs. Example to get into the indoor pool, I had to climb 5 stairs. The pool itself was not accessible. I jumped in but had a very hard time getting out as the steps were quite narrow and very steep. The private beach is quite nice but not easy for someone using a rollator or wheelchair A webbed mat would be a relatively inexpensive addition and allow those with mobility issues to enjoy the beach and water. The hotel lends out a wheelchair but it is not very good quality and does not push easily. I really liked the hotel but was frustrated by how difficult it was for me to get around and use the facilities.

Unfortunately it wasnt the great experience. When I arrived, I found the room bed wrinkly sheets with hair. The furniture not in good condition, night stand veey deteriorated. The taxes and property fees were excesive compared to what we received. Also, the staff at the Alpine Restaurant was rude because I did not ordered the food she wanted.
