Place was good value. One hot tub was out of service and the others needed cleaning.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Blue Mountain Inn. Nothing negative to report on.

There was mold in the shower.

We had a really fun weekend at Blue Mountain. Lots of great activities were included with our Expedia package. We stayed at The Blue Mountain Inn and it was a short walk to the village. Breakfast and a Gondola ride was included. I would definitely book again!

I want to give a special shout out to Kevin and Jessica T. They were both so very helpful with my checkin. Kevin was great at assigning us a walk out room right by the hot tubs, so awesome. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and Jessica T brought us a complimentary bottle of wine with a hand written card. We were also given some complimentary passes for gondola ride and lights and hiking. I will definitely be back to the Blue Mountain Resort Inn. The staff was phenomenal, it is very clean, two good restaurants on site, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs. 5 min walk to the village.

It was a beautiful area and a beautiful hotel. My only complaint is that the coffee in the rooms is awful for the amount of money you pay, and the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. For people who are early risers there’s no availability of Coffee anywhere else in the building until 730.

Clean room

I went with a friend for the weekend and also to see if this hotel would be good for future family vacations. There was a convention going on at the time which we were not part of and yet our room was placed on second floor, which is the hallway to the convention center. Lots of noise and traffic till late at night. What also didn’t help is our door was clearly warped because there was a large gap between the top and bottom of the door frame, so clearly the door had been replaced in a frame that didn’t work letting in lots of noise as well. My room was 229 and it looked like the room next to us also had the same problem. It is an older hotel so the rooms are dated, but are clean. It has good amenities, however, due to the fact that we were placed in an unsuitable room location and the questionable safety of the door I would not go back. I would tell others to spend more money to stay somewhere else.
