Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The property is right on the river so there are beautiful views, the funicular is fun, it’s a short walk to the Citadel Museum.

Absolutely magical! Beautiful room, lovely staff and great location. Even better than it looks in the photos. Sadly had to leave early due to weather but the staff could not have been more understanding and helpful. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Thank you

In general, we had a pleasant experience. The activities offered at the hotel are well organized and enjoyable. The hotel is truly beautiful and historic, and the location in Old Québec is unbeatable. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the property reflects why it is considered one of the most iconic and prestigious hotels in Canada. However, I was disappointed with one aspect of my stay. The heating system in the room was extremely loud and would turn on every few minutes during the night. The noise was strong enough to wake me up repeatedly, which unfortunately made the sleeping experience very poor. For a hotel of this caliber and reputation, I expected a much quieter and more comfortable room environment. I hope the management looks into this issue, because the property itself is stunning and deserves a guest experience that truly matches its prestige.
