Beautiful hotel really enjoyed our stay. It could be suggested when people book reservations there is limited reservations available in the restaurant. I’ll know when we booked Château montebello They said we really need to book our dinner reservations for in advance.

The Chateau is beautiful and was a wonderful setting for our 35th wedding anniversary trip to Quebec City. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating during our stay. We can’t wait to return!

The restaurant/bar situation was terrible. They cannot handle the crowd as the venues are insufficient for a 600 room hotel. You have to wait even to sit at the bar as seating is only allowed by the hostess. Seats at the bar remained open for extended periods of time I believe to accomodate certain customers. Totally unacceptable. I made a dinner reservation and canceled it due to such frustration with the whole process. Dont waste your time in these venues as there is plenty of fine places near the hotel that really appreciate your patronage. I give the Fairmont an F for the food and beverage venue.

Our room was small and across from the elevator. This detracted from the experience. It was also very busy, quite crowded with people on the first floor, line ups for the washrooms, check in, etc. Otherwise it felt five star in terms of shared spaces, cleanliness, and service.

Incredible hotel with stunning views, beautiful historic charm, and exceptional service. The only downside is that it's always busy and can feel quite crowded, especially in the common areas. Even so, it was a wonderful stay, and I'd happily return.
