Every bit as beautiful as advertised. A remarkable property with just the right balance of tradition and elegance. We loved the hotel and especially enjoyed drinks at the bar on our first night and brunch on our last morning. Wonderful jumping off point to explore Quebec, the old world gem of North America. Beautiful area, friendly staff and lovely amenities made for a very enjoyable stay.

Our stay was as wonderful as expected. We splurged on breakfast both mornings as it was better than any buffet we had ever had. The whole experience was elegant and luxurious.

客房蠻乾淨的員工的服務態度也很不錯，但是房間內的冰箱沒有辦法冰自己的私人食物以及洗澡的時候發現洗髮精的瓶子居然是空的表示清潔人員並沒有按時補上，因此以這個心急的飯店來說獲得的住宿體驗並不是太好，希望能有所改善
服務品質 並沒有達到這樣房價的價值 沒有浴袍 拖鞋 也沒有浴缸 這個價格不值得來

晚上約11時多，由於房間花灑開關掣掉下，而且熱水量不足，所以酒店替我們換房，等了大約一個多小時(包括找工程人員上來check)，結果深夜1時才可以洗澡…. 攰得不得了。
服務是很好的，床單和被鋪都很好。只要定價實在太高，第二天清潔完房間，沒有留下新的蒸餾水，冷氣很嘈。同樣價錢我平時住st regis會比她好很多。

Gorgeous historic hotel. Staff were responsive and provided excellent service. I had two spa treatments and both were top notch. We ate at the fancy restaurant one night, oysters were the best. The bar makes fun fancy cocktails.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, great location. Women’s area does not have a sauna, only steam room. Expedia did not confirm the reservation, however, the hotel staff accommodated us and checked in during a busy week.
