The beds were very comfortable and quiet. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Check-in counter was very busy when we arrived, but the staff were still smiling and courteous despite the stress. Self-parking was very affordable for downtown. Restaurant was lovely: the pain au lait and the mussels were chef’s kiss (I was a little sad that the frites weren’t really frites… they were fries… but still tasty). Would definitely stay here again.

The check in was fast and were able to get into the room early. The staff were exceptional. The hotel is in tip top shape. 2nd time staying and will stay again if we travel to Toronto.

The stay was amazing and the room was well cleaned. The only issue I experienced was no fan in the bathroom, as well as no water bottles in the room. Other then that, the hotel itself was well maintained and the staff were very nice!

Yearly trip to the Hilton on Richmond. Unfortunately with the high volume of guest, attention to detail wasn't adheared too. Broken fixtures, dirty couch linen and a prolonged elevator wait times were the only major concerns. Staff are friendly and very accomodsting otherwise.
