Its a very nice and clean hotel with great services

I’m in Toronto on business often and usually always stay at another hotel. I decided to switch it up and try the Hilton - horrible decision. The hotels elevators are ridiculously slow on a good day. Throw a “500 person” event on the 2nd level and be prepared to be late to your meetings as wait times can be 10-20 minutes with long lines. I was late to a meeting because of this which was embarrassing to say the least. My last night, I left my room around 9:45am and observed the cleaning staff next door to my room on their cell phone on the edge of the bed. I came back after a long day to find my room wasn’t cleaned. I went to the front desk and requested it get cleaned prior to supper before I returned back that night. I was ensured this would happen. 10:00pm, still not, cleaned. I complained, they did nothing, I will never stay at this hotel again. Avoid the bar as well unless you value convenience, service is excellent, but the prices are outrageous. There beer glass is so small I doubt a can of beer wouldn’t even fit in it.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and parking was easy and convenient!

We have an electric car and out of 4 charging stations, only one could work, the other ones were either broken or had software problems, on top of that, they were the slow kind of stations wich is not what you’re looking for if the maximum is 3h for charging…so we had to go out and use a better system.

Expedia stole our money along with the Hilton. Never will I stay at a Hilton or use Expedia ever again!!!!!!

It was a good experience

Construction noise and a really, really bad mattress.

All of our staff encounters were positive. They were kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was average size. There were things stuck on the ceiling. No idea what it was, but I removed it because it bothered our child. The air conditioner did not function properly and kept us awake most nights. The ironing board didn't have a proper pad so we had to use towels. The coffee machine didn't work properly. Our bed sheet had stains that were obvious to see, but were never changed. The hotel restaurant was also not great. We have stayed in Hiltons in other parts of Canada, US, Austria, Japan, Greece, and England and this was the worst experience. Again, ppl were great facility was not up to Hilton Brand.

Very nice place to stay

It was a great experience of staying at Hilton Toronto. The room was super clean, staffs were all friendly and helpful.

Hôtel très bien situé, superbe lobby bar (mais cocktail à 22$) Le resto est magnifique, mais nous n’avons pas essayé. La piscine extérieure chauffée est agréable mais besoin de réparation. La température de l’eau était vraiment confortable et il faisait 4 degrés à l’extérieur. Nous avions la chambre 2003 avec une vue superbe. Points négatifs: nous avons trouvé des bas sals sur le sol en arrivant dans notre chambre pres du lit, ce qui me fait penser que l’aspirateur n’avait pas été passé du moins partout. La machine à café est désuète: la plupart des hôtels offrent au moins une Keurig sinon une Nespresso. Les portes des chambres laissent passer le bruit du couloir, les portes communicantes aussi: on entendait les gens parler. Le stationnement est vraiment cher: 55$ plus taxes. Il y a un stationnement public juste à coté. Au final, j’y retournerais. NB: prendre l’ascenseur vitrée avec vue extérieur jusqu’au 32ieme pour admirer la vue!

Pool is great with a fantastic view. Could use some Reno’s. It’s still early in the season though. Overall excellent stay.

Parking should be included with the stay or at least make it more affordable for hotel guests with the valet in comparison to the public parking in the area

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Staff was incredibly attentive and went puf of their way to accommodate my daughter and I.Sarfaraz Farooqui,the front Desk manager was very helpful and kind. So was Ozan,in the entrance. The staff at Frenchy restaurant in the premises was particularly attentive. Abby,our waiter as well as an older gentleman who unfortunately I can’t spell the name made us both feel so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the Hilton Toronto!

the pool was amazing

Everything was smooth, rooms were clean. Only issue was I couldn’t connect my ps5 to the tv as it won’t let me change to hdmi. Need to upgrade the TV settings.
