Staff was excellent. Got in at 3am with 18 month year old. Crib was already in the room as requested. The person on the front desk also offered us a late check out and when we suggested 1pm he gave us 3pm. Really appreciated it.

Great stay as usual, only comment would be that the lobby bar closed at 11.30pm and the kitchens closed at 11pm, when there were several people including residents who wanted to order food and more drinks. Bar staff were great, not their fault.

The property was difficult to get to. The main entrance is on a 1 way street and you drive past the first entrance and enter of the 2nd one. Front area very cluttered with cars parked right as you pull in and along the road. Our vehicle was on the road in front turning into the lot for 10 mins waiting for an opportunity to pull in. Not enough staff to manage the flow in valet at 4pm check in. Lots of checking staff, only had 5 min waiting there. Recommend doubling valet staff and maybe mandatory valet service with such a tight drop of area. Room had dirt and debris on the carpet like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and the shower would not shut off. It sounded like it was running the entire night, we got back late from our concert and we’re not going to stay up waiting for maintenance. It wasn’t even dripping m, just sounded like it was running. Overall, room not what I expected for a $700 night. Will not stay here next time.

The room was a great size and the king bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional! We needed a different fridge since it wasnt working snd they sent up the maintenance person with new fridge very quickly! Frenchy's restaurant had a great menu and delicious food. We highly recommend this hotel.
