From the moment we stepped into the lobby everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful from the check in desk to the concierges. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the property can't get much better. Just a few steps to subway stops, streetcars, Osgoode Hall, Nathan Phillips Square, the Eaton Center, Hospitals, UofT etc. It's even close enough to Union Station we actually walked from there (but you can also take the subway for 2 stops).

An excellent location for activities in the downtown core. The AGO and several theatres are in walking distance, as well as the Eaton Centre and Nathan Philips Square. Close to subway system as well. Hotel is clean and my room was quite spacious with excellent blackout curtains and a comfortable bed.

Rooms were great, very clean. We loved the pool area - though it could use a feeshen up. The elevators take a very long time. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly.

The room we had was AMAZING. I would absolutely stay. I loved that the room AC went down to 60 degrees… It’s the little things like that.

This hotel makes you feel like you don’t even have to leave! Everyone is so nice, the breakfast in the morning was delightful and the lobby was the prettiest aesthetic overall can’t wait to stay again definitely recommend.

I was a bit disappointed that parking wasn't included with our stay, especially for the price of the room. Otherwise, I love this place and the pool is so fun tucked up on a "roof top" with a peekaboo view of the CN Tower
