Friendly and helpful staff

La chambre était très propre, confortable et grande. Le personnel est très courtois et sympathique. La piscine extérieur est très appréciée et la salle de sport contient de très bon équipements (vélo peloton). Le déjeuner offert est un bon rapport qualité prix, un serveur (masculin) était pas très agréable mais le reste des serveurs étaient vraiment très serviable et l’équipe du soir du restaurant était de loin la meilleure.

Was a nice stay. Room was kept clean and we had a beautiful view.m but need renovation though.

One staff member was very rude and hiding water bottles from us like he owned the case after we took a couple free water bottles

Staff are nice and helpful. The room is spacious and centrally located with metro nearby. Just next to the opera house for performances and walking distance to Union station,St Andrew Church, Roy Thomas hall and Eaton mall. Convenient for non driver. The check in service is fast and room service is efficient with tasteful food. This is an environmental friendly hotel. No note pad can be seen. Therefore it is better to bring u own water bottle, tooth brushes and toothpaste and sandals. However, they do provide ironing equipment . The restaurant for breakfast are great.

Love the Hilton! We've stayed at several hotels in the area and this is by far our favourite. The pool is great for young kids.

Spacious room, good location, easy fast check in and out!

Check in was smooth, Markus was great during the process, got us connecting rooms, very good to answer questions. Rooms were a really good size, comfortable and clean. We noticed a little dirt and housekeeping came straight away to rectify and were lovely and polite. Overall great experience.

Enjoyable stay at The Toronto Hilton. We took advantage of the amenities. Loved the outdoor pool in the winter and the location was perfect for walking. We appreciated being attached to the PATH as there were a few chilly days so avoiding the outdoor walking was great.

Breakfast was not included and they had really weird hours for room service such as mornings and evening but No room service during the night

Our rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great lobby to lounge and the location was great. Front desk was always helpful to provide water and answer any questions. The big downfall was checkout. It took 30 minute to get an elevator down from the 27th floor. They are doing upgrades so hopefully that fixes this issue.
