Quiet with comfortable beds! Clean. Bathrooms aren’t made for large people but worked well for us smaller people. Great water pressure and always had hot water for a shower after a long day of exploring the city. Convenient to the tube!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It's so close to so many things! It felt like we were off the beaten path but within a half an hour's walk of any major attraction. Easy access to Metro. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and shops right out the front door. Not to mention the British museum just a block away. The room was clean efficient and had a good view of the garden which I liked. Ken, along with all the reception staff were outstanding. They were always willing to help with anything we needed and greeted us when we came in and when we left the property for our daily adventure. They were so professional and polite. I hate to say it but I just wasn't used to that level of service ...and I've been to all the MGM properties in Las Vegas including Bellagio, NoMad, Cosmo, etc. These guys are great!

Complete noise fest from start to finish…paper thin walls and fellow guests with a distinct lack of regard for others not to mention noise pollution from the main road and the quintessential cast iron man hole cover clunking all night every time a vehicle went over it…avoid like the plague…

Great location! Hotel is as expected for the price - we didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself but it’s perfect for transport and walking to so many key areas (Covent Garden, SoHo, the British museum, kings cross, etc)

Incredibly small, dorm room-like rooms. Could barely fit our luggage and for 2 people it was not a comfortable size. Shower was terrible due to water temperature being inconsistent and temperamental. Breakfast was ok - not a ton of options and pretty basic. Staff were all very nice and hospitable. Great location, but would not stay there again.

Pros: - Great location in central London - Short walk to multiple Tube stations - Room was large & quiet with big windows and a view of the courtyard and surrounding area - Huge, Full English Breakfast was included in our room rate - great way to start the day! - Very friendly staff! Cons: - Water pressure was weak in the shower and was hard to find a temperature "sweet spot" - Very little storage space in the bathroom for toiletries - Perhaps a bit pricey - No fridge in room Would I stay again? Definitely!

I liked the location. It was close (a six minute walk) to Russell Square station on the Piccadilly Line, and less than a 30 minute walk to several theatres. The staff were very helpful and kind.
