Very good location. Room is clean and big enough, but no air conditioner. The breakfast is excellent.

單人房很小，但該有的都有。飯店人員提供良好親切的服務。離大英博物館很近，附近有自助乾洗店，離地鐵站也不遠。

正正常常的一個房間, 交通叫方便, 有24小時巴士經過附近。 最奇怪是淋浴問題, 那個水管太短, 你不可能清洗乾淨下身及腳位。 酒店回覆是安全問題.....那應該全球有好多酒店都十分危險了.... 早餐十分出色, 種類多又豐富, 令人印象深刻 附近也有餐廳, 都不錯的GOOGLE評分4星以上, 價錢合理

Great warm hospitality! Will come back to stay again

In close vincity of the British Museum and major shopping areas

朝食はまずOK,90～95点というところでしょうか。部屋は狭いながらもコンパクト。電源アウトレットとデスクテーブルの位置関係も良し。クローゼットにはセーフティボックスもあり良かったが、設置位置が高い。コネクティングルームの仕様だが隣のゲストが空咳をかなり多くしており、眠れはしたが気になった。というところでマイナス5-10点です。

Overall the hotel was great. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it’s in a fantastic location. However, there are few things to be aware of. If your room faces the main road, it will be very loud and bright until at least midnight (later on weekends). The blackout curtains do a great job at blocking the light from the street, but this causes the room to become stuffy very quickly since the windows are the only form of ventilation. It was not a surprise to me that there was no air conditioning in our room so my expectations were set, but it was a major issue for my travel partner. Additionally, the only water refill station is in the lobby and no carafe is provided in the room. Because of this, it was much more convenient to buy a pack of water bottles for the room which unfortunately created more waste. And lastly, I found it odd that our beds were on wheels. This may not be the case for all rooms, but if you stay here and have a bed on wheels - be prepared to stub your toe multiple times daily. It definitely isn’t a deal breaker, but was incredibly annoying. Despite the things mentioned above, I would 100% consider staying at the Bedford Hotel again and would recommend it to anyone I know traveling to London.

I've stayed here before, it suits what I need from a central London Hotel, clean, comfortable, and central to most of the places I visit. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel and location near the British Museum. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Select rooms facing garden for quieter stay. No AC but not needed most times of year.

The room had a garden view ( it cost more) but it is worth it. However, the room was too hot and next to our room there was work done in the morning remodelling/ refurbishing another room. The staff is very very nice and helpful and that makes a difference.
