Pros: - Great location in central London - Short walk to multiple Tube stations - Room was large & quiet with big windows and a view of the courtyard and surrounding area - Huge, Full English Breakfast was included in our room rate - great way to start the day! - Very friendly staff! Cons: - Water pressure was weak in the shower and was hard to find a temperature "sweet spot" - Very little storage space in the bathroom for toiletries - Perhaps a bit pricey - No fridge in room Would I stay again? Definitely!

The major positive of my stay was the quality of service provided by Ruby, who was on the front desk in the evenings during my 3 day stay. She was efficient, professional, calm and incredibly impressive and I will remember my stay at The Bedford Hotel primarily for the effort she made to make my stay a pleasant experience. It's a basic but clean hotel. Rooms are very small (like uni dorm rooms). Also room sound insulation is poor, you get woken up if you neighbour flushes the loo. It's pretty bland but OK. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were ok, it’s hard to find a decent sized room in London with 2 beds, but the size was adequate. There is no temperature control, so the room became very stuffy and hot, had to leave the windows open all the time, which wasn’t the best idea because we were on the first floor. We could hear every single noise from the ground level, hallway, outside. At least the water pressure from shower was decent.didn’t understand why the toilet was in one room and the sink was in another.
