Great hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, valet parking was great, hand over the car on arrival and walk everywhere. Fantastic location 3 - 4 min walk to the shambles, excellent restaurants and quaint bars & pubs and just 2 mins from the jordvik center. Would definitely stay again

Pretty mediocre, bathroom door didn't latch or lock at all. The noise of the cistern / radiator was very loud when trying to sleep. Also the light behind the bed didn’t work. Bed was firm but pillows were decent. Check-in was quick and friendly. Would say it wasn’t worth what we paid at all if Im honest I expected more of a Hilton brand.

Welcoming staff, lovely room - very clean and quiet. Concierge in particular stood out in terms of customer service with excellent valet parking that was so convenien. Also being offered an unexpected mimosa at breakfast was very welcomed. One minor issue was that the bed was so comfortable but disappointingly the pillows were too soft providing little to no support. I will know this next time and request a change - we will definitely return!

The room was clean and had been slightly refurbished, although it was tight for two adults and two teenagers with four large suitcases. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel was located in walking distance to all main attractions, including public transport.
