Staff have been helpful and patient. Amenities :- just basic needs provided in the room. It’s a convenient location with paid parking at rear. Linens can be dated but overall quite clean. No slippers provided.

Lady on reception was lovely. Very welcoming. Room was good. Good size and modern. Walk in shower which was good better than over the bath. Only thing which could have done with a small fridge for my drink and a little shelf in the shower for my products. Other than that the stay was good and I’d recommended

The room was modern, spacious and had everything I needed. The bar area was nice and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were absolutely lovely, and couldn't be more helpful, especially Sophie. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The barman was perfectly polite, but I got the impression from the two nights I was staying there that he really didn't want to be there. :-( Overall, this was a great stay.
