Very comfortable stay.

部屋は小さいけど、歩いてT2に行ける点は、やっぱり助かった。

I liked that it was modern, clean, fresh. I don't like not having a toilet brush for the loo. Although one just for myself would do. I like the breakfast buffet and the look of the bar! Most staff are friendly.

The hotel is amazing, elegant rooms bathroom is very clean, very close to center and station

Love love everything about this hotel one down thing is that there are not fridge and you cannot heat up your food it the kitchen, you stuck with cold food or take away but the rooms and everything are lovely

The staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean,we always use the Ibis when visiting my father in law.

Nice big room short walk to train station

Room 512. Cleanliness fine. - Toilet flush kept flushing itself once a minute. This was loud and noisy. - the room was hot despite reducing the temperature. - why have a sign that says “request bath mats for wet floor”?! Surely just provide them? A floor will always get wet and sloppy in a bathroom? - why not just have the duvet on the bed rather than the guest needing to make it up?

Good hotel with convenient access to train station and town centre.

I needed an iron and the staff were very helpful. The bar wasn't open on a Friday night. Why? So convenient being just around the corner from the station and many eateries. Very decent breakfast. Lovely staff.

Good location near train station

Two night stay very convenient to town Centre and station. Fast check in and good sized bedroom. Fantastic shower and a very comfortable stay. There were no towels in the bedroom on arrival but this was fixed quickly and efficiently. Only other problem was that the bathroom extractor would not turn off so could be heard through the night. Breakfast was ok .

My only suggestion is better lighting in the bathroom.

Very efficient and satisfactory...we arrived late on a Monday night and left early on Tuesday morning so very much a functional visit on this occasion

Weekend stay aligned with sister’s birthday who stays nearby. Good hotel with some minor issues like broken handle on bathroom door and shower tray missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to location and given best hotel in this area

Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, fantastic walk in shower and very comfortable bed. Ideal location for getting about with loads of transport links. Only downside is the limited parking facilities, but we knew this before arrival and it wouldn’t stop us staying again.

I’ve booked the twins bedroom at the website which is the same price with the double bedroom (with sofa bed) because we don’t like the sofa bed. Unfortunately, when I checked in on the arrival, I was told that we must booked a “family room” and need to pay extra money. After I paid the extra charge, they only offered the double bedroom (with sofa bed) for us. This made me feel a bit trickier. During our stay, when we back to the hotel after our dinner (around 8:45pm). The water supply was out of service and no one let us know. I contacted them immediately and was told the pipe was bursted in the whole building. They just told us that the engineers was trying to resolve the problems but no time frame for it and no any alternative plan when the problem cannot be fixed. They promised will talk to their management team in the following morning about this issues caused us inconvenience. Sadly that we don’t have any response from them obviously.

great place 2 minute from train station and grocery ,shopping ,and very quite area

The room was very cold. The bathroom was the coldest. The staff was very good.
